Easy and positive experience! Lonnie was super detailed, transparent, and helpful when we first got our quote (and completely accurate on timing). They sent an email and text when approaching our move date and checked in the day before. Bladimir and his colleague were super quick, efficient, and took great care of our items when doing the move. Moving is stressful so I'm really glad we booked with Dependable who made it a lot smoother.

Dependable Movers went above and beyond for my family's move from SF to Portland. Yelaman, Olzhas, Adakham, Abai, and Margen helped my wife and I pack up extra loose items as we were behind on packing when they arrived, as well as accommodate a lot more items than we originally estimated for a very fair price.
They were also able to take a lot of our empty boxes away at the new house, again for a reasonable price. Best moving experience I've had!

This was my second move with Dependable Movers, I cannot praise them too much. The crew of 3 guys were so nice, careful and fast. I was pretty behind with my packing & organization & they jumped in to help when they arrived - and I was AMAZED when in the end we got it all done within my estimated move time. The guys got a couple really difficult pieces of furniture into challenging spots, helped break down & assemble furniture. Highest praise for Dependable Movers!

Our crew was AWESOME!!! Ben and Sula were punctual, professional, and incredibly hard working. They showed up early/on time and hustled to get us moved efficiently and safely. They are wizards when it comes to negotiating tight corners and walls and treated all of our belongings with great care. We would be happy to recommend this crew to anyone and next time we move we will ask for them specifically. This is our second time with Dependable Movers and their name is appropriate. Dependable. I found Dependable Movers on Google, and all the positive reviews had me give them a call. I've got to add to the pile of compliments -- from the first call to get a quote from Jonny (who has a fantastic intro video, such a personal touch) to update texts from the team to what could have been a very stressful moving morning, the team made sure I was informed and as prepared as possible.
The movers Alex, Suliman and (sorry third guy, I just can't remember your name!) were friendly, efficient and super helpful. I have a big sleep number bed with the adjustable base, so I was worried about how that would move and set up, but they did it all perfectly. They even unloaded my wardrobe boxes for me.
If I ever move again, I know exactly who I'll trust to get my stuff handled with care. Thanks, team!

Left a colossal, long, gouge in my newly-refinished hardwood floors. Offered to “send a handyman” - my floor refinisher, who does nothing but fix floors all day, thinks this will be a tough one to fix and it’s going to cost several hundred dollars - not a “handyman” job. Absolute rookie move on their end to DRAG A HEAVY CHAIR across the floor. Avoid this moving company at all costs unless you want your house wrecked.

I've used Dependable Movers twice now and each time has been great! During my second move, Ben and Sergi were both amazing in moving my personal belongings and furniture. We felt comfortable with our movers very quickly. Excellent job wrapping and padding the furniture. Alwx and Moises were personable but most important, they listened. We highly recommend them.
