Having Delano provide Our Business with such fine materials and containers, gorgeous healthy blooming plants, cute, traditional basket gardens, trendy new 'Instagram' tropicals and lush full green plants keeps our customers happy and returning for more. Side by side, my customers will choose Delano plants over their competitors. Blooming plants are beautiful Now, today for the event I need them for...not waiting for them to be showy for later when the event is over. And then my customers tell me that their plant is still happy and thriving. Great Customer Service means I am having a pleasant intelligent knowledgeable staff member handle my needs, even when it's early morning. Thank you everyone at Delano, for being there when I need You! OH, and their office staff has made sure that my pre-ordered special requests are at the SF Flower Market, waiting for me. Thanks!

Delano has a great selection of various healthy plants, the staff is helpful and intelligent (but not pushy), and the prices are reasonable. I enjoy going here.

SUCH AN AESTHETIC PLANT SHOP. Great vibes!! I saw this place across the street from where we had brunch and I was so amazed!! It felt very homey and abundant. They had such a good variety of plants and other plant accessories like pots. Bunk also has small plant related gifts you can give a plant lover like build-your-own-terrariums or earrings. This shop was definitely the most unique one I've ever been to with such a variety/ uniqueness of products they were selling. Definitely recommend this shop if you are a plant lover or have a plant loving friend to buy gifts for.

Such a beautiful aesthetic! My partner and I came in to pick our annual Valentine's Day plant, and couldn't help but grab a few other quirky finds. The owner was in, and was very friendly too! Recommend checking it out.

Thank you, Ellen & Delano Shop, for packaging and delivering a beautiful housewarming gift to a friend. I live out of town and wasn't able to come into the shop but Ellen helped customize my order. My friend loved the potted plant and I saw pictures. It was beautiful, healthy, and nicely wrapped and packed. Thank you!

I came to this store a month ago and didn't know much about plants except that I can't overwater and underwater them. I noticed some small brown spots on leaves, but the employee told me that it's nothing to worry about and that probably happened during shipment. Brown spots were both on Philodendron Birkin and Marble Queen Pothos that I bought. Turns out it was a bacterial/fungal leaf disease that started growing and spreading on both plants and I ended up cutting half of the leaves to save them. You were either lying about the cause of the spots in order to sell them or you can't see the difference between fungus/bacteria and mechanical damage. Both very unprofessional.

Great shop for indoor plants - in my case, especially for quick & beautiful gifts. Large selection of fresh, well-cared-for houseplants. Tika assisted me with my decision; she was helpful & very pleasant. I will be returning.

What a beautiful nursery!!! It has every kind of indoor plants you would ever need to start your love for a greener home! Must come by if you’re nearby the area. What a hidden gem. The owner’s super knowledgeable and cares for the plants— prices are also great, and not overpriced! I even got myself a variegated Hoya Kerrii (Large) for only $15!!

I swung by this shop a week or so back and while the plants were beautiful, they're a bit pricey and the staff was anything warm and fuzzy. I get you're not going to a plant shop to socialize, but the overall attitude was unwelcoming and a deterrent from going again.

This is a beautiful and well curated shop. All of the plants were of high quality and Lauren was very helpful in answering all my questions. The pots are cute. Lauren even kindly wrote out plant care cards for the gifts I was purchasing. This is a precious store and I can't recommend it enough!
