Jake recently became our agent after Judy Francis retired after 20+ years as our agent. Jake took the time to get to know us and made some good policy recommendations to help save us money and focus coverage based on the latest trends. Dave, Dawn, Amy and Cherisse have been great to work with. I have been with StateFarm for so many years. They take the time to explain all the coverages and make sure we don’t ever pay anymore than the product that we want. Amazing customer service. Jake was great in helping me get a supplemental insurance plan for Medicare. Lou Ann came to the rescue with making sure we got insurance for condos in San Francisco before the insurance crisis hit in California. They definitely go the extra mile for their clients.

I have been a customer of State Farm for the last 25 years. Wherever I have lived I've received excellent service. 10 years ago I moved to Richmond and used Jake Stewart and his team in San Francisco. They are great. When I sold my house in Richmond after 6 years and moved to Vista and bought a new house I stayed with Jake remotely. 3 years. I have had many policies, personal, earthquake, auto - all handled by Jake. I sold the house in Vista and moved to Murrieta. Unfortunately StateFarm does not offer fire insurance for my new house so I went with another carrier. It was very sad. Jake asked if StateFarm changes their fire insurance policy would I return as a customer? Absolutely. I'd move all my policies right back. Even though StateFarm does not cover fire I still have non house/auto policies handled by Jake. Great relationships are worth their weight in gold. I highly recommend Jake and his team and wish them great opportunities.

I have been a customer of Jake Stewart’s for over 20 years. He is always so pleasant and professional. I actually look forward to dealing with my insurance issues! In addition when I called his office, they always know who I am and take care of my problems right away. For example, today I realized I didn’t have my proof of insurance cards for my car. I called and spoke to Don. She knew who I was and emailed me the cards so I could access them right away.Whenever I had to make a claim, it’s gone very smoothly and I’ve been pleased with the service and the outcome. I highly recommend Jake Stewart and his State Farm office for all your insurance needs!!!
