DO NOT TAKE YOUR JEWELRY FOR REPAIR HERE! I took my ring in to be sized and it is completely ruined. The setting is off center and crooked, the stones are not smooth across the top as they are lifted and one fell out and it is scratched all over. If the task is too difficult then please don't attempt to do it. I am now paying $600 to a real jeweler to restore my ring. Complete incompetence and disregard for people's property. The jeweler I took it to was appalled by what was done to my ring. ZERO STARS FOR THIS BUSINESS...ZERO!!!!!!

I had a very disturbing incident at this store today. I parked my car and started walking towards the entrance to the jewelry store. There were two people, a male and female, sitting outside. I don't know if they were solicitors or store employees. The woman called to me as I was barely halfway from my car to the entrance and not even on the sidewalk. I felt that she was being aggressive or overeager about whatever it was she wanted. As I approached the store entrance, she stood up and physically blocked my entrance into the store. I should mention that I'm a perfectly normal looking person. I asked her, "Are you blocking my way into the store?" She said nothing and didn't move. I turned around and left. I won't be back. If these people are solicitors not connected to the store, then management needs to call the police. Solicitors have a right to free speech, but they do not have the right to physically prevent customers from entering the store. On the other hand if these people were store employees, then I really have no idea what management is thinking. The woman aggressively started trying to interact with me long before I got anywhere near their entrance, then stood in front of me so that I could not enter the business. At no time did she or the other guy ever identify themselves or say what they wanted.

I went in looking for an engagement ring. I walked out two hours later with two inquiries on my credit, approval from both and no ring. My sales associate, Maria, had no idea what she was doing, called at least three different people, spoke Spanish to all of them so I couldn't understand her and treated me like I was stupid. I had applied for credit from Daniel's and for Progressive leasing from home and then went in. She informed me my applications weren't complete and I needed to apply again for both in the store, which is where the two additional inquires came from. After all of that, she didn't know how to do the lease from Progressive. I liked a ring from the catalogue and she insisted I pick a more expensive ring from the store because I was already approved and then she didn't know how to sell it to me. I gave up after two hours. Terrible experience and I will not be back.
