The SF Cycle Gear is my favorite motorcycle gear shop, hands down. Every time I’m here, the staff goes out of their way to help me out and share a few motorcycle stories. This last visit they helped me with a return on a faulty item. Meanwhile, Alpinestar made me jump through hoops to return an item that was completely subpar. It was a months long ordeal. Never again. They could learn something from CGSF. See you guys soon, I need some new boots.

First time in the store. I bought a helmet and gloves. The two guys I spoke with were very cool and helpful. I’ll be back soon, picking up my new HD sports motorcycle next week!

We had fantastic customer service with Jordan! My wife's cardo microphone quit working and we still had 400 miles to go on our week-long trip. Jordan squared us away with a microphone so we can continue on our journey!
