I requested my refill online at 12:30pm and at 5:30pm, the CVS website still showed that my prescription was "in-progress." I called CVS twice. I was disconnected the first time, and the second time I was on hold for 20 minutes. When I showed up to CVS, the pharmacist told me to wait 15 minutes, but then found my prescription and I was helped within 5 minutes. This CVS location continues to have terrible customer service.

This review is specifically targeted to their COVID19 Vaccination services. Five star goes directly to how accessible their scheduling site is to book your appointment for both doses, as well as how fast and easy their check-in is and of course the vaccination itself. My partner and I scheduled our first doses on the same day but we could not find a back-to-back slot, but after calling them, they told me that we can come together on the later time to save the trip. Love how flexible and thoughtful they are. The nurse was professional and the whole injection took less than a millisecond and barely felt any pain. There's an aisle with chairs spread apart so they get to monitor us for 15 minutes after our vaccines. Everything was like clockwork and it was a really pleasant experience overall! Thank you CVS!

This drug store never fails to amaze me! I have been to a lot of drug stores but this drug store exceeded my expectations! I am so happy with the service I have experienced at this drug store!

The pharmacy of this CVS is always behind and always wrong. Even though I paid for delivery service they provided they never delivered my prescriptions. I always have to go there to pick up my meds, even though I have a very compromised immune system and I explained it to them but their system doesn't seem to work.

I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE THE LAST TWO VISITS, and am seriously concerned that this pharmacy is INCAPABLE OF ADMINISTERING THE COVID VACCINE to the public. On Nov 8, 2020, I had to wait about 30 minutes at the register. Cashier entered my correct phone number 4 times for rewards, but each time, it was rejected.Finally another employee stated that the system was out. The cashier should have known that and there should have been a system in place to facilitate my purchase. On Nov 16, 2020, I reminded the cashier that I get a discount for purchasing two of the same item and was assured that I will. When I arrived home and checked the receipt, there was no discount. Now I have to unnecessarily return to this pharmacy to correct the mistake.

I scheduled a covid test for today. I arrived 20 minutes ahead of time. There was a sign at the parking lot, indicating that they have drive through but no one was there. Apparently, the tests are being done on the roof parking but no one bothered placing a sign. Then, for some reason, my insurance information didn't go through, on their end. She has been trying to resolve this for about an hour. She can't seem to be able to resolve this nor to run the test without the insurance. I have been sitting in my car for over an hour now, cars keep driving through, people are being tested and I am just waiting in my car. I will update whenever I get the gest done, IF I get it done.

CVS at 32nd Ave & Clement St has been a great local store in my area. The store has a new manager named Drew Barry who did a terrific job introducing himself and helped locate the items I needed. Looking forward to shopping in this store again!

Because of the complications of shelter-in-place restrictions, the store was sold out of many staples but the manager, Drew, demonstrated friendliness and extra effort in helping me find as many of the items on my list still available. He also made sure I received my $6 discount from a CVS coupon sent to me. Large store with free parking in the adjacent lot.

It's so awesome to have a CVS in the neighborhood especially when you have a manager like Drew Barry and a cashier like Kathy at the helm. Some of the nicest friendliest Smiles around! In scary Times Like These they make you feel safe. My only wish is that CVS would buy the next door old Fresh & Easy grocery store and make it a bigger CVS focused on food.

CVS is great! Recently with the addition of the manager Drew Barry and Kathy the cashier things at this location have been amazing! My only wish is that CVS expand into the old Fresh and Easy space next door. The space has been vacant for years now I think it would be awesome if CVS would open a grocery focused store and combine the space.

New manager Drew just hooked me up with paper towels from the stock room so I could supply my senior-aged mom during the shelter in place order. I sure appreciate it!
