This is the absolute worst cvs around. Terrible customer service absolutely NO signs that state closures for lunch and they closed 5 mins before their lunch was scheduled.

It doesn’t matter what time your vaccine appointment is on, because they wait for the top of each hour to do three people at a timeSo, if your appointment is for any other time you will be corralled into a waiting area until there are enough people for the staff to more efficient but you pay with your time for their efficiency

Unpleasant, rude staff. Would not fill a prescription even though there was half an hour left till closing, and they were snippy and rude about it to boot. I understand wanting to go home on time, especially on the Sunday before Memorial Day, but I wanted to go home too. Now I have to hunt for another place to fill my prescription. I have never had a more abrupt and unpleasant interaction with a pharmacist.

Never have anything on time. Honestly it is not worth getting prescribed medication here. The convenience of the location is not worth the utility. Might be understaffed, over worked? Go somewhere else guys. You have been warned.

The staffs here are not nice. You can see and feel they all under stresses. It’s understandable that they don’t feel well because it’s stressful but at the same time we need help for our medical situations, the way they treat people is really a big problems.It’s just not a right way when you need help because you need medicines and they don’t feel for you.They need more staffs for this CVS location.

I was there on Thursday 1/12 at 2pm. The lady that helped me at the register wasn’t as nice. I didn’t like the way she talked to me. She told me she couldn’t see anything on her system but she didn’t instruct me where I need to go. She assumed that I knew. The sound of her voice was rude. Im new to this CVS, just moved to SF and of course I didn’t know. She needs to work on her customer service.

This is the absolute worst CVS I’ve dealt with. I am not one to leave reviews generally under almost any circumstance, but I felt it important to say something because it can be dangerous for some people to be off of certain medications.Generally speaking, going to the pharmacy has been an unremarkable, unmemorable experience that I don’t think too much about…. Until now. Every single time I go to go pick up a prescription it‘ a something different, but the result was always the same — having to return to pick up one script or another on a different day. The business hours are very limited and I work during the hours that they are open, so it can be very hard to get back to the store. Most recently, they didn’t have one of my medications in stock and so they decided to wait until it was in stock to fill all of my medications without asking if that’s okay, and it’s been about 3-4 days. Consistency is important for the efficacy of certain medications and having gaps in taking my medications can certain increase risks. Once I had wait for days for them to fill a prescription that I’ve been on for literally years, and when I finally was told to come in and pick it up, they said that I need to speak with a pharmacist about the risks of the medication before they could give me the med, but that the pharmacist was on lunch. I had to sit and wait around for the pharmacist’s lunch to end to be counseled on a medication I’ve been on for years in order to have the medication given to me.Ultimately, I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue or a leadership competency issue, but the lines are often long and I usually end up bonding with someone in line over how incensed we are about whatever the issue of the day is. Do your patience, mood and health a favor — I highly recommend utilizing another pharmacy or one of the CVS locations nearby that’s open later.

Very bad customer service. The male pharmacist had a temper for no reason. Got hung up on while being on the phone so went to the store.Would never go back to this CVS again. Walgreens it is.

This CVS is the worst ever! My son who is a student at SF State and takes Concerta got so screwed by the service there! They messed him up getting his medicine 2 months in a row, and then when I called to help , I was told SORRY but we don't have the medicine in stock nor can we tell you when it will be here in stock. They told us to call around SF to confirm the pharmacy had it in stock, and then we were also expected to coordinate with our primary dr to call in a new prescription. We were told this at the last minute after my son had already jumped through all the hoops from their mess up last month. I was forced to rely on my wonderful CVS here in San Ramon to save us! I feel horrible for the other students who also have to try and use this CVS for their Concerta I heard that the CVS on 19th has great customer service, so hopefully they will be good backup

The manager at this location is incredibly rude and disrespectful. Absolutely one of the rudest professional encounters that I have ever had.
