Accessibility: good. They have multiple floors here, but there is an elevator and stairs. Well-lit inside.Experience: Expensive and almost everything is locked in cases so you have to press a button and wait for a staff member to come unlock the case for you. They also don't have a restroom for customers, and no pharmacy.

Times have changed shopping I see. Half the store is behind glass and no one speaks when you enter. There is a lady who is at the self check out asking if you're paying w cash or card. Then she is standing there watching you closely . It was so awkward. ItWas just one item but I don't need to steal. SomeOf us actually came in to shop.

Great location and Very Helpful Staff here . This Store Couldn't be in a Better Location in a Troubled City of Theft and Robberies .

It's getting increasingly inconvenient to shop at CVS. I understand that they have to lock up so much stuff due to theft, but getting an employee to get the items is slow. Now, they aren't even stocking makeup. Crazy how many stores I have to go to in order to get basic household items if I want to shop in-person.

Small store and staff and security are right there making me feel like I'm about to be harassed but hey they're doing they're jobs right ? They had what I wanted and no lines with self checkout. Clean new store.

They locked their doors before close time. They closed at 6pm and it was 4 minutes before close when I tried to purchase a bottled water to use for CPAP machine. It's not like I was going to SHOP! It was one thing and for a medical reason! When your door displays store hours, they should be honored!

Walking distance from our hotel. Great place to pick up waters, sodas and amenities. Good variety of snacks, OTC stuff

This review is specifically for the cvs store at 399 Geary. I'm surprised by the one star reviews here. I come here every so often, usually for pickup orders, and the staff have always been friendly and respectful to me. The store is also clean and new-looking which i like.I do have to remove a star because of one big complaint though. There is a relatively new staff member that started maybe 6 months ago that smells very badly. He's usually at the front main counter. Smell is so bad that even when he's 10ft or more away, the smell is still repulsive. I do understand that this may be due to health issues or something out of his control, but the smell is really so bad that I can't breathe through my nose. Management needs to take this into account since he's front-facing.

Less than average customer service. 'A little help,' gets you across the street to the next drug store. "Walgreens." Prescriptions or anything reliable you should just contact the Doctors office for another check-in. Good Luck

I went to buy some candies last Saturday;and when I went to the automatic cashier I paid but there was no reciept ,I thought that it didn't went t through and paid again but the same thing happen . I checked my bank account and in fact I paid twice. When I show to the employee that I paid twice ;she said to me that it's just pending ; What a stupid woman! After I talked to the manager;she was mean but she redound one but at the same time asked another employee to do the big garbish. When I left the store I didn't took the candies ;too much negative energy Denis victor Sanchez

I'm so tired of being physically assaulted by the employees at the self checkout. You need to let people know before you sneak up behind them & ask permission and inform them before you invade their personal space. I'm completely tired of this and will voice my complaints all over social media to corporate until this basic human rights space violation is fixed especially after Covid. You don't know if someone is a survivor of assailt with PTSD while y'all wanna sneak up behind somebody. Very unprofessional and unethical. Get a clue. I hope they get sued ! Selection also kinda sucks here. Try Walgreens instead. They need to learn common sense!
