I'm so happy we have this CVS. Parking not a problem and it's a good sized store. Sucks that we have to press a button to get service but that's SF for you. Staff here is very helpful and friendly. Thank you.

These guys are jerks. UPS shipped medication for me to this location. Not only did the manager claim to not have received it, they were completely rude about it. Turns out it was in the pharmacy all along. Would be fine if they weren't such jerks about claiming that they didn't have it. Never going here again.

3 employees at the register and I had to wait about 5 minutes to get them to unlock the detergent. They didnt even take it up to the register, just handed it to me, begging the question of why all this stuff is locked up in the first place.
Got home and the rubbing alcohol I bought had the safety seal broken, clearly been used in store or returned and re-shelved without checking. Go elsewhere.

I’m nine months pregnant and they told me they don’t have a bathroom (obviously untrue). Disappointing customer service to say the least.

The CVS at 1900 19th Ave, in San Francisco has a friendly caring staff. The store is clean and well maintained. The pharmacist is very helpful and knowledgeable in answering your questions. Also helpful in changing out child proof caps on meds for regular ones. I like this CVS. Because everyone is helpful, nice and not pushy. The service is excellent.

CVS is generally the 1 place a month I dont want to go to. But this branch has by far caused more frustration than any of the others I have visited.

This CVS really went downhill. Pharmacist is rude and has an attitude every time. Switching to Walgreens…

At my local CVS at 1900 19th Ave in San Francisco, I've repeatedly been overcharged at the register. And on totally different items. Really can't understand how their system is so inaccurate. I've had to go back to the aisle, take a photo of the price on the shelf and go back and stand in line again. Just so I don't get cheated.
Frankly, sometimes I don't have the energy or time to deal with it and I just swallow the lost money. I really hate that this location just happems to be the only one around when I'm out with my family.
Would rather go somewhere else.

If I can rate this store a negative I would transaction 1413 1-25-24 store 5131 cashier Zhaoxia did not want us to look up our membership through email which I've never input a number for my membership and she totally lied to all three of us that a membership could not me looked up through email but only phone number we asked her 3x and said no for all three repeated questions we then asked her that the nail polish were on sale for 2/5$ she then said no without looking for the prices herself it was clearly advertised on a big sale price right in front of the counter ridiculous service it's like I work for her and I serviced her. There was also two young couple that she did not help and resolved a pricing issue they did not purchase the item because she did not want to correct it. It was a very upsetting experience thinking about all the other kids that will shop at this store because an employee doesn't want to correct any pricing errors. Should clearly be reported to the state for pricing charges.

This is the best pharmacy and drugstore in the city. I was a die-hard Walgreens fan having spent most of my life in Chicago where Walgreens is HQed. After having horrible experiences at multiple Walgreens across the city, I reluctantly came here and will never go anywhere else!Five reasons why:1. There is rarely a line at the pharmacy or if there is one, it moves fast (unlike Walgreens).2. Everyone who works here is SO NICE - I always leave with a smile. :)3. CVS Rewards are significant - I frequently get $10 off my cart or other great coupons.4. The store is clean and easy to shop. The pharmacy is clean too. I remember getting my vaccine at Walgreens and feeling disgusted because the store was so dirty.5. It’s surprisingly easy to park even though it’s on 19th Ave.
