I got banned from it. I was just standing there in the isle. I was just talking to my friends showing them something and asking them to see what they wanted but then a worker said that we were blocking his customers from getting a drink, so when my friend was walking away, he heard a giggle. Then he said, AND I QUOTE, "Oh so your laughing now, you just ruined it for your friends here." Then he walked us out, and while walking out, he said to another worker that we are no longer allowed to come back in. So, me and my friends weren't able to get a drink.

Be careful about their scam of a coupon game. If an item is marked down 5% and you have a coupon for 35% off total purchase price of full priced item, you will only receive 5% off. Coupon will not give you 35% off full priced item, only the 5% that they have posted

I had a pick up at the pharmacy so I called to determine their hours. It said they're open until seven. I showed up between 12 and one. The pharmacy was closed. I was told they have a lunch break. This is not advertised. I hope nobody else goes down there when they're closed on their lunch hour and then has to go back to work and go down there again later.

Management/employees are rude and obnoxious to the kids since there’s a school right in the corner, parents I witnessed the way he was talking to them and let me tell you! ask your kids to let you know because I was mad for them no one should be talking to other peoples kids like that.

look for maria best cvs guest service west of mississippi if you like to wait for 20min and then come to realize that she only thinks she can help but in reality all she can do is make you wait

This CVS location has the absolute worst Customer 'Service' of any CVS Pharm. & any other pharmacy I've been to. Everytime I shop there, I have a problem in getting the coupon discounts that are already on my CVS card for purchases. And when I point it out to their checkout clerk, they have to get the Store Mgr. there, Maria (you see, I know her by name already), and she is absolutely no help whatsoever to get me my discts. on my card. She's even used the sarcastic line, "I just work here" on me several times, which she does nothing of the kind that involves any 'Customer Service'. Tonight I Did Not get my 30% Off disct. and even the regular 20% Off CVS products I'm supposed to get with my ExtraCare card. I just bought 3 items, and showed her how the receipt Did Not incl. my %Off discts. She tried to bamboozle me that it did when it was clearly not so. Then she refunded my Purchase amt. & told me I had to Re-purchase the items Again, Without getting Any of the Discounts!!! When I told her she was ripping me off by doing that, she told me to "Get Out!"That's how badly this CVS store treats its Customers. Needless to say, I'll take my prescriptions & business elsewhere. Avoid this CVS store like the Plague, esp. Maria!!!

For the love of God, do NOT get your package delivered here. The employees are literally REFUSING PACKAGES. What's the point of being a UPS Pickup Point if you REFUSE PACKAGES?! I repeat, DO NOT GET YOUR PACKAGE SENT HERE. Apparently, they are notorious for doing this.

I came to CVS and waiting for staff at the register to pick up my package. I saw one staff who was helping customers at the self-checkout area where customers didn’t seem to need help and it looked like she was just checking if the products were scanned properly. I get that. But when I saw another customer who came after me started checking out his products and this staff was trying to help him but he didn’t need help. I decided to approach her and told her that I came here to pick up my package. She didn’t even say hi or asked me if I needed help or anything when I walked in. After I told her, what she told me was “Just hold on second, I am with another customer” and that “another customer” whom she claimed to be helping was actually about to leave the store but the staff ended with playing with her dog and didn’t even try to help me as shown on video. That was taken after she told me she was with another customer and could not help me and asked me to wait.Sorry, there is no sense of urgency and mind me that I am also working in customer service industry and this is not something that we should be doing to another customers. Need improve definitely. In the end, there was another staff approaching me and helped me instead and she was carrying playing with the dog.

This store is extremely understaffed. I don’t mind using self checkout but they never have bags for customers to use. And usually only have 1 single person behind checkout.Would also be VERY helpful for the pharmacy to add into their hours that they close for lunch. This isn’t made clear anywhere except on an extremely small letter size notification posted up by the pharmacy window. Post these on your Google maps site so people don’t come here on their lunch break and waste their time.

I stopped in for a drink and a snack. I was pleasantly surprised by the well-organized and stocked store. I was very politely greeted and welcomed into the store by the staff. This location seems to have a very helpful and friendly staff. Thanks for the great experience, I will be back soon ???

This is my local CVS. What can I say, the staff is very nice, but beleaguered by 2022 city life (rampant shoplifting, crazy people)--but it's not their fault! You can now park in the Wells Fargo lot on the corner (sign now says Wells/CVS), so that's a bonus. And yes, the pharmacy is often slammed, but again, they are nice and trying their best. They probably need more pharmacists (see comment below), but good luck hiring them in San Francisco. This place is not perfect, but I appreciate having them nearby.

Good location but the lack of cashiers has forced me to stop visiting this store. Customers should be given am option whether to interact with a cashier or a machine. The store is making a terrible mistake by replacing their cashiers with machines. I will not be visiting this store again.
