I've also had extremely rude customer service from Aileen. She gave incorrect information about my prescription and berated me in front of other customers when I countered with the correct information. The other pharmacist is wonderful. Why do they keep this person on staff when she lacks interpersonal skills? Crazy!

Great Pharmacy it seems that everyone is always working hard to best assist people. This pharmacy has caught several issues with my friend's prescriptions which has made sure that they are safe. If a doctor has written the wrong script which happens or wrong dosage the pharmacist are on there job to make sure it gets corrected. I think this pharmacy is a life saver for the most part, and has its busy times of course. If you want to make sure your prescription is ready call ahead of time to avoid being cranky if there is a line. I highly suggest this pharmacy if you want to get your medications correct. Also the only time there is a line when I have went with my friends is if someone hasn't worked out their insurance or wants to use a thing called good rx to lower the price of their prescription at the last moment. If you get that worked out beforehand it seems that there is never a line which is always pleasant. I know we all want our prescriptions just to feel better so let's help each other, and then out. They are such a nice group of staff members. Oh almost forgot they have a lunch break at 1:30-2pm so don't come around that time. They will be closed, and you will be disappointed if in a rush. It has happened before for me and my friends.

Terrible customer service misinformation from multiple workers. I called and spoke on the phone to get a prescription transferred and when I got there it "was never put in the system" so they told me to get in ANOTHER line and wait yet again due to their incompetence. I was told it should be ready in 15mins but when I get to the counter of this new line they told me 20-30mins... Poor communication and delegation.

This pharmacy told my patient that they never received the prescription we sent over. I took time out of my busy urgent care schedule to call them to clear up any confusion and help get it moving for the patient only to find out that they did, in fact, have the script on their end. I was then informed that they were behind by about 3 hours.Healthcare is hard. We're all busy. But when you give the wrong information to a patient, your pharmacy's congestion becomes my urgent care's issue as well. Instead of taking accountability and telling the patient that your pharmacy was delayed, you sent him back to me with the idea that I never sent the script in the first place. I was then forced to be on hold for over 17 minutes just to find out you didn't need me to call and the script was already there.Something needs to improve; CVS service is getting worse by the day.

Aileen the head pharmacist is awesome! But the new reduced weekday hours make picking up prescriptions really rough.

Every time you see Aileen there, it'll be a good day. That's the impression I've gotten every time I've see her when picking up my mother's prescription for the past half-decade. Warm familiarity and caring professionalism is at its finest. Thank you for being our local pharmacist, Aileen!

Pharmacy must be understaffed at this location. Takes forever to get prescription filled (took more than a day), and you wait forever for someone to answer the phone. Called Walgreens, they answered right away and prescription was filled very quickly. Was planning to write a good review for the COVID booster I got back in December (comfortable back area that's not crowded and lovely woman who administered it well) but regular pharmacy service is more important.

This location is great. Ayleen and her team have been so helpful for me. This has been my primary pharmacy for years and I have nothing but good things to say about Alyeen and the team. They are always willing to help and they are very knowledgeable. They are some of the nicest pharmacists I have met.

I always get an appointment quickly, and am in and out in no time at all. Both pharmacists are friendly and helpful. I also love the convenience of how close they are to my home.

I called this store to see why I can’t get the eye drops on an order for Target. Since this is the CVS “inside” the Target I figured the product is unavailable through CVS and that it is therefore unavailable for Target to pull from the shelf.I spoke to a CVS employee, posed my question & she abruptly said speak to Target, I “tried” to ask her if it was there at CVS, she hung up on me! I called back, got a woman’s voice & explained that someone rudely hung up on me, bam, she hung up on me again! I called back, got a man & asked for a manager. Well it was the same woman, I barely got a word & she hung up a third time. I called corporate & reported the her & the failure she was in representing CVS.
