I come to this store all the time, spending a fortune on make up and over priced goods. What's worse is the fools who work there, upset because they have to unlock merchandise. Get mad at the shoplifters, not your customers you ignorant fools. From now on I'm walking down to Walgreens. Walgreens sucks, but at least they're not freaking out over shoplifters

It’s a busy store, but this is the only store where they actually have customer service clerks available to assist you, and I’ll continue visiting this location as long as they have customer service clerks available to help customers.

I’ve visited this place several times since I moved to this area. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The store deserves 5 stars for the work they efforts for customers.

This pharmacy consistently gives me the incorrect prescription, whether it be the wrong the drug or quantity. They are careless filling prescriptions. Unacceptable and dangerous.

Like every CVS pharmacy ever, this one sucks. Long lines, rude employees, doesn’t have your medication ready when it’s supposed to be, charges your insurance incorrectly, and of course, does not answer the phone (if you’re lucky, they pick up and immediately hang up).

Went to the CVS and the prescription was not ready yet. The pharmacist immediately expedited it and it was ready within 5 minutes. Thank you!

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. It is as if the pharmacy doesn't even exist. I call and I call and I call..... left on hold for 20+ minutes and then they hang up as soon as the clock hits 5pm so they can say they are "closed." Even earlier in the day when I try, they don't answer. I have no idea how to work with a pharmacy that won't take my calls. I honestly should call the Better Business Bureau. I am switching to a different pharmacy ASAP.

I don’t come here very often and the times I have shopped here have been stressful because of the fact that anything could happen. The staff is very helpful and has always been very professional considering all the anti theft stress they endure. I actually feel for them because it must be traumatic to work in a store where you are constantly targeted for robbery. I would suggest the model Starbucks has taken and revamp the store into a more streamlined experience that protects your employees from physical and emotional trauma while ensuring your products are safe.You could offer order ahead online options and a weekly update of all your sale items. That would speed up and eliminate long lines. I would also remove any displays that clutter the store because those are points where people linger for too long. Overall I hope to see improvement.

I went last night to pick up a MoneyGram and they said that I could go to three different locations to pick it up because of the amount they ran it through the system and there was clothes or something I couldn’t do it so I went to back this afternoon and right off the bat the women first thing off the back and we can’t help you we don’t have enough cash we can only do 500 you have to go to the machine the machine was down I called Westley or called MoneyGram they were super helpful I was told that I could pick up 500 cash and then the remainder in a cashiers check then they said that their cashiers check machine was down andHazel and Rosetta with the two that help me and they were just awful if it was anything they could do not to help me

the pharmacist at the pick up window is racist because he is literally nice to everyone except when he got to me, he was very rude and annoyed. He sounded very angry when I asked very normal questions like their refill policy. There is no reason to act so condescending toward anyone, especially your own customers. I will be going to Walgreens instead.
