The usual frustration and chaos of trying to buy prescription medicine in a heavily regulated industry which works very hard to be as opaque as possible to consumers. Constant miscommunication between physicians and the pharmacy, with no chance for you the consumer to participate and keep things on track.

Excellent customer service given the state of affairs I was at the CVS twice last week and almost got knocked down by a shoplifter running ?♂️ out the store Thanks to the cashier and guard I did not Fall it would have been a disaster for me 70 yr old man THX. CVS Customer service Staff

It’s a busy store, but this is the only store where they actually have customer service clerks available to assist you, and I’ll continue visiting this location as long as they have customer service clerks available to help customers.
