This is the best dry cleaner in the city! Cathy runs such an incredible business - impeccable quality and service for a fantastic value. Definitely by far the most reasonable prices I've seen in the Marina. Cathy is also so kind and lovely! She really makes an effort to get to know you and remembers you when you are a repeat customer. Try this spot next time you need dry cleaning and support a local small business!

New ownership!! Aggressive cleaning products partly dissolved a brand label on the outside of an item. Cleaners didn't notice that plastic got smeared all over the item and handed it to me dirty with stains. After complaining, cleaner's effort to remove them got rid of them but destroyed the rest of the label. Its remains now looks like scotch tape. Despite the damage, I didn't receive my item without paying, meaning I paid for having a nice item made look awful. Beware!

I have been taking my laundry (shirts & pants) to Kathy & Peter since the mid-1990's. Started with my silk ties and expanded from there. They are great and have convenient green zone parking in front of their shop.

Cannot recommend Crown Cleaners enough!! I dropped off a number of items that had some staining, and they all came back looking seriously brand new! Kathy was really thorough in noting the areas of concern on each piece, took notes on what the stains were from, etc. Plus, every employee I met was super friendly and helpful. It is such a relief to know I had a dry cleaner who can dependably care for my clothes!

As everyone is sharing, Kathy is kind and authentic -- traits that you wouldn't think matters that much when you're getting your clothes cleaned...but it matters! Whether you've been in the neighborhood for decades or are brand new, she conveys a sense of community and care to you individually. This is of course on top of providing an excellent cleaning service. I had a white jacket that had multiple fabric types that looked un-helpable, but came back pristine. Highly recommend.

Went to crown cleaners for a tricky spray tanned stain on a cocktail dress and they did a great job getting the stain out! The owner is super sweet and thoughtful. Prices were very reasonable, it was $32 for a suit and the dress which I mentioned needed special care. This will definitely be my new go to dry cleaning place!

I don't leave reviews often but Kathy is truly a gem and not only does great work cleaning my clothes but also has a fabulous personal touch and remembers something special about each of her customers. I am a new transplant to SF and I am so glad I found Kathy and Crown Cleaners shortly after moving here to take care of all of my dry cleaning needs!!

Kathy is simply the best! Not only do our clothes come out perfectly every time (dress shirts, suits, varying dresses) but the customer service here is unmatched. My boyfriend & I have 8 weddings to attend this year so we've been needing dry cleaning frequently. We recently moved to the area and went to crown on a friend's recommendation. Kathy remembered me AND my boyfriend by name the second time I came in and remembers the location of each wedding we go to and asks specifically how our trip to X place was each time. She even left us a note on our last dry cleaning, welcoming us home by name. She hand irons anything that doesn't come out perfectly and will give you a heads up if she needed to put more attention on anything. Pricing is more than fair given the quality of her work. Couldn't recommend enough!

I had some dry clean bummers before, this is why I feel so happy to stick with Kathy's store for the past three years. Kathy is so nice and sweet! She takes care of my precious blouse, silk pants and cashmere sweaters very well. She even spent extra time to fix some snags of my sweater by herself. Thank you so much. I just feel happy to come here every time.
