My favorite thrift shop in SF - it’s dangerous for my wallet since I always end up leaving with a piece

It was an experience but the smell inside the store was not pleasant at all.

The best of all the locations - well organized and thoughtfully constructed assemblage of top brands and designers. I sell to this store more than the rest because they have more men’s clothing here than at the fillmore one. Lots of everything here, great store, astute and very knowledgeable buyers who are all very welcoming and friendly even when they don’t buy your stuff… which they won’t if it isn’t SEASONALLY accurate… example: won’t buy shorts during winter, won’t buy heavy coat during spring; so on so forth. It helps to look online or at the notecard they give out to see what styles are current - especially for the fashion illiterate like myself haha

Items seemed overpriced and they only had sizes Small, Medium, and Large. Not very inclusive.

I’ve been to a lot of thrift/vintage stores in San Francisco and this is by far my favorite! Whoever the buyers are here do an absolutely amazing job, I always come out of the place with something I love and at a reasonable price.

Seriously good trade-in value at 50% of store’s selling price if you take store credit. Recommend dropping by before donating! Staff was friendly

Came in to get a quick sweater before closing, which was amazing that I didn't feel rushed or bothered that they were closing but I did find something ultra cute right away, and I am so excited that I found this place close to where I was staying!

I had a good experience! Sold some of my clothes and found some great, inexpensive items. Check out their 50% off rack. But heads up that if you’re selling, their pricing is a bit odd such that you’ll get a lot more for your t-shirts than outerwear. They’ll price basic t-shirts at around $15 but brand name, warm, unworn jackets at ~$25! I guess this means you can get some great deals there if you’re looking for winter jackets.

Staff is very rude to people trying to sell here. The person in front of me had a lot of great stuff, and they were also dismissive to them. When I gave my items to sell they asked me if I have sold here before and I said yes. I said one short thing about my items and the staff member gave me a mean look, saying “Is this your first time here?” Then “have you not sold here in a while?” All for saying one thing abt my clothing before I was going to leave. It’s clear they wanted me to feel dumb. As other people said in reviews, staff acts like they are better than you.
