Store manager Zhao has a very good service attitude and patiently helped us solve the mobile phone problem. Thank you Mr. Zhao. If any friends need to deal with cell phone matters in the future, they will definitely recommend this store.

Was waiting for help for more than 20 minutes and there is only one worker and she didn't even acknowledge me or say she will be right with me. She just took her sweet sweet time with the customer before me chatting about nothing. Horrible. I had to leave.

Most unprofessional Cricket I have ever been to. I asked for activation of esim for my new iphone. Jess, the salesperson did not want to help at all. I went to the Cricket in South SF the day prior and the salesperson was so wonderful and helpful. But because I had to exchange my phone for a different color, I decide to come to this Cricket the next day to activate my eSim. Big mistake. Jess was so rude and you can clearly tell he HATES his job. There were no customers there when I arrived and I asked if he can activate the eSim and that I already paid $10 the day prior to activate the eSim but I had to switch phones and my friends that had switch phones as well was able to call Cricket and it on the Cricket line. Jess says he can't do that and he would have to charge $10 again. I told him I already paid $10 yesterday to the other Cricket store and that people didn't even actually have to pay $10 for the eSim activation as Cricket online or the phone services can do it for free so I was wondering if I can do it at the store since they are a Cricket store. He says "No, we don't offer activation here, you need to call them yourself. I said "I do no have any data right now as the phone is not activated, how can I call them?" Then he said "look online and talk to them". Again I said I don't have an eSim to have internet access to talk to them, can I use your landline?" He says he can't give me a landline to call. (The SSF Cricket store I went to the day prior was letting me use their landline to activate). Then he goes "if you don't have internet, go home and use your internet and says I'm rude". I didn't even begin to say how rude he is yet and he calls me rude? LOL what an idiot. Basically he didn't want to provide any services to help a customer activate their phone. A simple and basic necessity as a salesperson/rep working for Cricket. I ended up contacting Cricket with my friend's phone and was able to get an eSim activated for my new phone for free. Do not come to this Cricket as they are super rude and will not help you with basic services such as activating a eSim card for a new phone. Jess should find a job where he doesn't need to speak with anyone as he has a nasty attitude. Go to the Cricket at Serramonte or South SF as they have way better customer service and they actually want to do their job and help you with your phone.

Last year, I received a text message saying that the use of all domestic mobile phones would be affected, so I went to a mobile phone branch not far from my home to upgrade to a new mobile phone. The first thing I noticed when I entered the store was the Motorola with a large screen with a stylus, and then the store clerk patiently helped me complete the data migration. The phone was good, with large memory and beautiful appearance. However, one time I accidentally slipped my hand and fell on the driveway at the door. The screen of my mobile phone was broken. My God, I had only used the phone for less than half a year at that time. The phone looked really awkward. Later, I found several mobile phone repair shops and they all said they would not repair it. You can’t just repair an expensive phone and ignore other brands. ? Also, I didn’t get any headphone accessories for this phone. I wonder if this is the store clerk’s negligence or some other problem? But that’s okay.

I had a bad experience in that store, they sold me a cell phone for 190 dollars that was on special and when they gave me the receipt I saw that the phone had a 60 dollar discount, but they did not mention me and what they did is add accessories, they are scammers
