Do not go buy your phone/phone plan here a total scam.
I bought an Iphone 12 for 100$ here along with the prepay plan for 2 months for 120$ and I looked online on my cricket account only to see it was paid for 1 month I was so upset so I went again inperson to tell them that there was a mistake on my account, they said that "there was never a 2th month for plan only one" i told them that i was charged for 2 months for the phone bill. then one of the employees said that there was a tax with the phone for 60$ along with the 100$ iphone so 160$ price, they were right about the tax but never told me that in the beginning but there were 60$ still taken for my debit card which i dont know for, i never got a receipt only digital which was a red flag for me.
i got a phone case with it was 40$ including the 1 month for 60$
and the 160$ Iphone which would add up to 260 right... but no it was 328.83

Was not happy with the past two services. Cell phones, but you don't have WiFi. Overly Express needed to save my pictures on the old phone. Assured I could still have access, when I don't. So upset, pictures of family memories, lost.

a girl outside was offering me a free phone in exchange for a monthly sim card. i trusted and bought, she charged me £127 and she charged me for the phone. I received a scam from this shop. I went again to inquire and they told me it's my business, that they don't give me money back on my mobile. even the phone plan doesn't work. they are scammers, be careful and stay away from this place.

On September 20, 2022, I went to this communication salon at this address to pay the monthly payment in cash, as my card was blocked. Since I do not know English, I showed on my phone the number that I have to pay $ 100. But, later on September 22, the money was not credited to my account. It turns out employee Karen scammed me and transferred my $100 to another phone number. I went to find out and return the money, but this cell phone salon could not help me! I was stressed, I cried. unfortunately no one helped me. I do not recommend this salon to anyone! Terrible and unfair employees!
