Hello my name is Celina and I work at metro in 2062 mission street today one of your workers came inside our store and acted like she was a costumer relative to get a transfer pin as I was helping her and her so called uncle she got upset because In store we don’t have access to transfer pin and as a worker of cricket she should’ve known that too. I said I will help her and her uncle call 611 and get into the account our store phone at the moment WASNT working so I had told her let’s use her phone so we can call 611 because we don’t give our personal phone out to costumer due to robberies she started yelling saying we can use our store phone because she done it before and I had to remind her our store phone wasn’t working and I didn’t get why we couldn’t use her phone she kept on yelling at me to the point I told her since she wanna keep yelling I will not help her and told her to leave and I can refuse service so she got upset and threw my monitor and my keyboard and our atm machine but it all made sense after she left the costumer who was her so called uncle said she was working at cricket and she was trying to sale him a phone and that’s why she came into metro pretending to be a relative idk if that’s the way cricket makes there phone sales but here at metro we do things very different I also pressed charges while police came we showed them the video of the cricket worker coming into metro breaking my keyboard and throwing my monitor the police went into cricket store and a person who claimed to be the manager said she wasn’t there and there’s also proof she was in store minutes before police went inside so whoever was the manager or pretended to be was lying to the police . Was in need of a new phone and was really looking forward to getting a cricket plan due to friends, I walk in store and was greeted by Hector T. He complimented me and ask me how my day was and other questions that really boosted me! I told him what phones they had in promotions, he went through the deals they had and I was really amazed! 5 minutes later I walk out with a new phone and was really impressed and happy, If anyone is looking for a phone or thinking of switching I recommend cricket! Looking forward to seeing more deals! Appreciate it chaps!

The guys at this Cricket Wireless store were great. I went in needing a new charger for my cell phone (the plug, not the cord). They gave me one for free. I was not expecting this kind of generosity. Great customer service.

This is what happened in this store on 01.17.23I was told that my transfer 2 sims from visible plus add 2 new linesPlus 2 new free phones for be assigned at 130$/ month plan will be 60-70$ No more.When my numbers was ported off visible I was told that nowI have to pay 167$I said I want money back but providing answer its no way to return it back.Worker Victoria did everything wrongTrying to charge even more, 220$I have my wife in the car waiting me with no phone.It will be forever to waiting revert the deal, especially I saw the owner on the phone and operative both are frimly grab this money.No papers were provided.So I called the police.After calling police Victoria agree to take 167 for 4 SIM cards and two phones. And agreed to give me receipt.I have no choice because no time, kids doctors appointent was soon and no time to spend endless hours at this location.I write the complaint to the corporate office and hope to see how it will work trough them.Additionally I can explain that worker Vitoria pretending not speaking English well, but when called the owner she starts to talk with a very proper English.She trying to pretend she is not understand how many sim cardsI want and what plan I want.In spite we discussed a difference between 130 and 100$ plans.I really think they do it purposely on this store (2005 mission San Francisco)Don’t providing amount they want to receive from a customers,Telling different number when client unport from the old provider.If I know from beginning it will be not 60$ I will going home and do everything online, But I was ready to pay extra 60$ for the speed of processing,60$ not the 167$At least 107$ they charging extra, rejecting to cancell the deal.They lied it’s unrevertable.Receipt she was agree to provide only after my call to police.And from this receipt it looks like a simply buying 2 phones.So if I buy them, I can return them, right.???With keeping use cricket.Calling the support and shown my receipt I was definitely told that yes,I have 7 days to return phones and receipt tells about the phones.They said if they will not return money, call directly to Cricket and makes conference.P.s. the money was partially refunded

Izzy is the best manager I have seen, I had problem with transferring data from old phone to the new one and this guy did it not even in 5 mins, he knows a lot about phones if you guys need any help I recommend this location. Much love ❤️?
