My husband and I are so glad we discovered Cresalia, truly a gem (pun intended) among the many options in San Francisco. After visiting some other jewelry shops in the area that were either too sales-y or didn't have quite what I envisioned for my engagement ring, we met Brooke. Within minutes of sitting down with her, we knew that Cresalia would be the best choice for us. We went with the option of designing a custom ring (their specialty). After seeing so many rings that weren't quite right it was amazing to see Brooke's rendering come to life into the perfect ring for me. Throughout the process, Brooke reached out to us promptly, took design feedback frequently, and never pressured us regarding any of our choices. We were so happy with my ring that we got our wedding bands crafted by Cresalia as well. In addition, we also trusted them with repairing my husband's heirloom watch, which brought him so much joy (with the watch repair, we also had the pleasure of meeting Michael, who was equally as charming and friendly).

I logged into Yelp for the first time in years just to write this. My grandmother had a habit of changing the ring setting to her diamond as the seasons changed. This old setting (without the diamond) was passed to me by my mom who held onto it but didn't know what to do with it. It was a size too big, and had prongs so high and sharp you could stab somebody's eye out with it. It's been sitting unused for the past half century. I wanted to set a light pink heat treated james allen sapphire and I was hoping it could be set into my grandmother's ring. Even more daunting, I was hoping that the prongs could be totally replaced with a bezel, which I was unsure if it was possible because the ring has some carved line textures that could possibly be easily messed up. I also needed it to be resized down by ~1 size. I was concerned because I knew that some jewelers don't necessarily like to work with outside stones and I didn't know if the structure of the ring would allow it to get a bezel on it. I searched reviews, especially ones that mentioned that the jeweler worked with heirlooms and gemstones and found Cresalia Jewelers. While finding the place was a little bit difficult (it's in a side hallway entry, to use the elevator simply call them and ask to be buzzed in), the staff were friendly, the atmosphere was warm and casual, and they were able to do everything as I was hoping with the ring!! I'm sort of on the younger side and super inexperienced with walking into a jewelry store so I was nervous but I really had nothing to worry about as they took my desires seriously and didn't try to upsell me or push me towards a different design or anything. A little over 1 week (~5 business days) later I got a text saying the ring was ready and I was blown away I didn't have many words in the moment, but I was stunned! The craftsmanship is super clean you can't even tell it used to be prong set on the surface and not one of the carved textured lines got disturbed in the process. The bezel is super clean and centered and I love the height (or lack thereof - no snagging on sweaters and gloves yay). The resizing went perfectly and it fits very well. Even my mom is impressed at the transformation. I would definitely come back!

I needed an antique ring sized down and was concerned about preserving the inner engraving. Cresalia Jewelers was able to reduce the ring size with space to spare, plus an incredible polish and quick turnaround. Great customer service and highly capable. Strongly recommend for their work with heirloom pieces.

My fiancé and I stumbled across Cresalia jewelers via the internet when we were looking for someone to help us with custom heirloom jewelry. To say the least, we have been blown away by the professionalism, grace and patience we received from Michael Cresalia. He was an excellent source of knowledge and guided us through the whole process with ease. We always felt appreciated and heard throughout our engagement ring project. I cannot recommend Cresalia jewelers enough!! 13/10

Still absolutely love my cross that was custom made by the cresalia family team. I’m really happy with the thickness, and overall quality of the piece. They worked with us to make a platinum cross with custom cut black diamonds. Thank you, I haven’t taken it off since you made it for me, only for pictures at most.

Had a really hard time finding someone in the city willing to take a look at my Braun vintage lighter, but Michael hopped right on it and took the challenge! He did an amazing job fixing up a tiny broken component on the inside and my lighter now works flawlessly! They also have some beautiful jewelry on display I would recommend checking out!

You can't ask for better service. These guys were great and fixed my pendant perfectly, as I waited. I was so happy with the repair and service that I ended up coming back the following week so they could repair my beloved 22 year old Oakley watch, and my wife ended up buying an awesome pair of vintage gold earrings they had in stock. As a huge watch enthusiast I had a great time talking with them about watches and they even showed me their entire vintage watch stock. I was like a kid at Disneyland!

My ring lost a stone while I was living overseas. We moved back in 2020, and I've been staring at my ring wishing it would get fixed.I sent out bids requesting a quote to replace a sapphire and maintain the ring, and Cresalia Jewelers reached out with a reasonable quote. My husband dropped off my ring the next week, and it spent another week with them.Now I have it back. It's beautiful, sparkling like it hasn't in years. And every stone is there and beautiful. My husband said they were more than professional and ran the store in a way that I knew my ring would be safe with them.I'm super thankful to Cresalia for answering my request. We'll be back soon.

Wonderful, fast repair for my necklace. Took just a few minutes. I needed to call them for the elevator to take me up. Bit tricky there but quick to figure out.
