Asked the front desk for a mask because I forgot ro bring one. The security guy said we don’t have masks go upstairs and get one. So rude and unprofessional.

My 13 mo old and husband waited for over an hour for a routine blood draw for the baby. No one provided any information for the delay. Will not be coming back to this site for any lab visits.

Fairly quick, competent, with better health questionnaire and physical exam than many other similar establishments. Kinda hard to find, with quite unassuming front. Typical difficult SF street parking.
