Came here to say the same thing that the customer service is inefficient, not professional, not responsive, and disappointing.I ordered products with paid shipping on 12/13/23 (they advertised 5-7 days shipping and arrive before holidays). I contacted them on the 17th for the update, didn’t get back from them until the 19th, and they told me to contact UPS. Sure, I did. UPS responded immediately saying that Coyuchi ordered the shipping, but had not sent out the package yet. I emailed them again. As of today, 12/27/23, I haven’t received the package, nor response from Coyuchi. I had to file dispute transaction on my credit card.I saw the earlier review complaining about the same issue a year ago. Coyuchi has NOT been improving their service ever since. I would not recommend anyone purchase through them.

We have bought an organic matress, several sets of sheets and towels and organic clothing over the last 15 years. Coyuchi is my go to brand for wedding and birthday presents. There is much to love here.Thank you, Coyuchi for comfort and performance in high end, yet affordable, merchandise.

For the price of the towels I bought the product could be waaay better quality. Buyer beware that what their care info does say is that vinegar will discolor these products. I purchased towels. They are ruined. I called coyuchi customer service twice during the time their office says they are open and no answer. I left two messages. I then submitted an online email about my needs for a replacement. This was several months ago and I never heard anything. It’s like a scam! If someone doesn’t reach out from coyuchi now to me and help me with my calls and email requests then I’ll never shop here again! Thank you!

Luckily I had a different experience than the poor recent reviews. Hopefully that means they're trying to work on their customer service going forward.I ordered a throw blanket, when it arrived it had a smell to it. (Like someone had sprayed the inside of the plastic bag it was in with febreeze or something.)I got on the site and chatted with an agent who immediately started an exchange, I literally got the email for confirmation while I was still chatting. Replacement arrived promptly and is fantastic so far! They emailed me a prepaid return label for sending back the one with an odor.

It's been almost 3 months since I sent back items and they have not contacted me or given me a refund of $630. They notified me that they received the items. Buyer beware!

Do not purchase from this business. They do not keep items in stock. Fulfillment and shipping is unreasonably long even with paid shipping. Orders can't be cancelled. There is no means to reach a customer service associate via email, chat, DM, or phone. You've been warned..

Ordered quilt and blankets. Seamless purchase and arrival. Kept us in the loop between order and shipping. The quilt is wonderful, well made attractive and warm, a great refresh to the bedroom. The blankets are soft warm and stylish. Our new bed bath and apparel source, sustainable is the way to go.

the quality and softness is outstanding. But if you have a tall, king sized mattress, the fitted sheet doesn’t fit AT ALL. It’s not the right shape and the pockets are too shallow and I can never prevent the one corner that I am closest to in its place.The flat sheet doesn’t fit either. It’s best if two people sleep in the bed that you don’t buy these sheets bc you’ll be fighting for coverage.Basically, if you have a king sized bed, shop elsewhere. Too bad bc I love the quality and it’s hard to find great percale sheets but the quality of the sheets pales in comparison to the fact they don’t fit properly.It’s so frustrating.

1 is not low enough. I was so excited to find an organic hair wrap for an xmas present. I ordered this on Dec. 9th and today is Dec. 17th and is still showing processing on the website. When you advertise 5-7 days ground shipping this is completely unacceptable and obviously will not arrive before the holiday. Was looking forward to ordering linens and a bath robe, but will not patronize this company moving forward. So disappointing. Every other company I have ordered from this season was able to ship product without incident. Very unprofessional and unfortunate. grrrr

Customer care is non existent. The tel. just refers you to chat and email but there is no chat. Email is the worst way to deal with inquiries. I placed an order some time ago and have heard nothing. I cannot get into my account. I am ready to cancel the order but given the above am unable to do so.

I like their merchandise a lot but their return policy is totally deceitful. They say try things and even wash them and then you can return them for full credit within a month if you are not satisfied. I bought a duvet cover and when I received it I realized it was not the right color. I went to their new store in Palo Alto and was told they could not do returns or exchanges at the store but I had to ship the merchandise to Nevada for my refund. Hassle and time. Still waiting for refund. The people at the store were very nice and helpful but the company policy is a deal breaker.
