It was the closest laundromat to my hotel and it didn't disappoint! I used the smaller watching machine and it worked wonderfully, all for $3.25. WiFi available for customers, I didn't find it crowded on a Monday afternoon. Machines accept only quarters, but you can find a change machine near the desk. 100% would recommend!

I have been using Cow Hollow for over 2 years now and I've never used any other laundry service since. Ibrahim is always kind, respectful, and fair in his pricing. I especially love the complimentary pickup service and how prompt it is. Great business ethics, very hospitable, and always delivers top notch service. I highly recommend!

Quick Stop. Pretty Expensive Compared to Southern California. $2 instead of 1$ for boxed soap, $3 for dry instead of .75 cents (3 quarters). ☆ Clean. Has Quarters. ☆

Price and Washing Machines good - but watch out, door locks electrical at 10PM. No signs shown, so make sure to be in before that time to pick up your laundry. You can get out with an opening button inside.

Great place for doing your laundry or paying for wash and fold services! Owners have done a great job in cleaning and maintaining the washers/dryers, pristine compared to many others in the city. Highly recommended!

Great washers and dryers. You can get your laundry done fast. Clean, safe and priced fairly. Bring quarters but they have a machine on site if you forget or run out of $0.25.

Don’t bring large loads here! They only have two larger machines and one of them has been out of order for weeks. This is a small-load only laundromat. Unless you want to use 6 units for what would be two large loads - save yourself the frustration!

Within walking distance of plenty of lodging which is a huge bonus to me. They have free WiFi. Services are very fair prices. Extremely affordable. Machines are all in service during my visit. Not busy at all on a Sunday afternoon. The facility itself is quaint and cozy. Very tidy and inviting. Outlets on the wall if you need to charge up. Change machine on site as it is quarter only machines. Soap dispenser with powdered tide and also dry sheets for now. Very satisfied with my visit. This definitely isn't a place you can do a ton of laundry at but I'd say an even 4 loads max is a fair assumption on a slow day and 2 Max on a busy day is fair. It's a small place and it's just not ideal or fair to use up the machines doing pounds of laundry. The do a wash and dry service but I self served.

This place is amazing. Don't let the fancy silver machines and coffee bars of other places tempt you out of supporting Cow Hollow Laundromat. This place is family owned and operated, very clean, and offers any cleaning service you could possibly need. I have used self-service machines and have also used the pickup/drop-off service when I was temporarily disabled. I have never been disappointed. Family owned and operated businesses that serve our neighborhoods are getting harder to come by. Don't let this place slip through the cracks and please consider them the next time you need a cleaning service!

I came in at 6 AM and because it was so early, there was no attendant present (obviously). I realized suddenly that the coin machines were not turned on because of the signs stating that customers should ask a worker to break their paper money for them. I didn't know what to do and was prepared to run back to my hotel but on a whim and not actually expecting a response, I texted the owner and asked what I should do. Even though it was so early in the morning, I immediately got a response back that they had been remotely turned on for me! That is true customer service to help someone no matter the time or place and I will definitely come back the next time I am in San Francisco. Support family-owned businesses!Note that soap cost $2, the dryer cost $3 for 30 minutes, and the washer cost $4 for 30 minutes. There were stickers for a laundry app on each machine but I didn't try it out.

Honestly the laundry mat is nice, clean, and organized . But the washers don't fully wash your clothes . I put two cups of soap in each of my loads, which is usually fine, and they still came out unclean ! Maybe the machines dispense too much water ? Idk . All I know is that I've never had this issue before . Plus u have to call for them to turn on the change machine to get quarters .. ridiculous ! $4 for regular wash $3 for 30min dry . Wouldn't recommend .

Cleanest, nicest laundromat I've ever been to. Everyone who works here is also really kind and friendly. The machines are new and the app that can be used in lieu of quarters works really well. Big fan!

A nice clean place to do laundry and also a safe place. There is soap available to buy and everything worked perfectly for us.

This place odd cool. Cool clean neighborhood spot. What was unfortunate and infuriating was the fact that they have "PayRange" stickers plastered everywhere; BUT!!! It's "ONLY" available for the WASHERS!!! Like fn really!!! I walk in with $35 for the first time wishing I could use my card. After placing my CASH in the machine to get quarters I arrive to the washers to see the "pay with PayRange" sign. Ok that was a waste of time but anyways. I use my newly acquired quarters for the wash. Come back download the app, place money on it, turn around to use the dryers... and I NEED CASH! Like WTF! Place a sign on the quarter machine that says use "PayRange" for your wash "ONLY," cash NEEDED for dryers. Like DUH! Common sense. So people don't see the card option while washing and assume they can dry the same way.... ESPECIALLY SEEING THAT IT'S 2022 and EVERYTHING IS DIGITAL minus your outdated dryers
