Horrible customer service from the young woman with the short dark hair. Among the worst I've ever encountered. I intended to buy several items for upcoming birthday gifts and left without spending a dime.If she's the owner, she has no idea how to interact with clients. If she's an employee, she just cost this business the equivalent of what is likely her salary for the week.Abysmal.

Greg and Jack are incredible. As soon as you sit down they offer you a water and let you sit with a bunch of trays. Sometimes unattended. They seem to go by a simple motto. 'Trust the customer. Treat them right.'

Michelle was very pleasant and the jewelry is cute. We had a great convo about hand sanitizer which is required when you enter the store. I have no problem with that! I don't know what brand that hand sanitizer was but I got an instant headache from the extremely strong artificial fragrance in it and even after I came home and washed my hands thoroughly TWICE with soap and water I could still smell it. I feel nauseated. :( Please please please use an unscented or naturally scented hand sanitizer!!! It is really really awful and probably making some people very sick.

I was in line for some pastry next door so didn't go inside the store but the store owner must be a very humorous and nice person. The signs by the door and on the window made my day. Wish the best to the store.

Amazing personalized attention from walking in door with my 15 year old through leaving with a huge smile and 3 bags to bring home to the Washington, DC area. Shopping with Covet Boutique was a lovely experience for us both. We walked out with unique pieces for every body type and size.

Needed a last minute gift for someone special and didn't want to deal with the malls on Christmas Eve. So I yelpt Jewelry and this nice cozy store was only a few blocks away. I was impressed by their selections and materials. Found a nice bracelet that she loved. Thanks Nikki, you were very helpful. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

I love how dainty and trendy their jewelry is! They even do custom name necklaces which usually I only find online but love that I can go into my neighborhood boutique and order one. Also obsessed with how cute their window display is at all time!

I have been shopping at the store for almost 10 years! I love that the salespeople (and owner) are always so friendly and helpful. There had been many times where I would just walk in and tell them my budget and who I am shopping for and they just know exactly what to do pull together. I got married a couple of months ago and needed help with bridesmaids gifts. I wanted to get something classy and knew that Covet was the answer! I was so busy the weeks leading up to the wedding that I didn't have time to go shopping. I went on their website, contacted the owner and told her that I needed five of her halo necklaces by a certain date. She said that she didn't have that many, but she will make it for me. Sure enough, they did just that! They even gift-wrapped each necklace to make it easy for me. My bridesmaids loved it and wear it daily. Not only that. I bought a bracelet from Nordstrom to wear on the day of the wedding. However, it was way too big. I brought it to Covet and asked if there is any way that she could make it smaller for me. Nikki was awesome! Not only that she take off 2 of the stones so that it would fit my tiny wrist, she asked if I had already gotten earrings. I said, "not yet." she took those two stones and made earrings out of them! I now have a matching set! I believe they often host parties where you can bring your own champagne? Or maybe they provide it... I am not sure. But I love this small business and will continue to support it for years to come, especially since it is woman-owned!
