We booked the accommodation for one night while in transit and got a very nice, large, clean and quiet room. We felt very comfortable here.Rooms: Big, clean, beautifulNearby activities: There is a nice diner nearby

This Motor Inn is located directly on famous Lombard Street. A parking space is available free of charge in the garage. The room has a coffee machine and a refrigerator as well as a safe.There is a drinks machine and a free ice cube dispenser in the hallway of each floor.The rooms were clean and honestly better than initially expected.Recommended!

Fantastic location (but bring a noise maker to sleep - Lombard can be very loud with motorcycles and muscle cars), recently renovated rooms with comfy beds and helpful staff (thanks, Vince), as well as a locked, reserved parking for guests. Affordable as well. What more could you ask for when visiting SF?

The Good:Location, Parking Lot, Renovated roomThe Bad:Very noisy from road which I already requested for quiet room but hotel seems not read it at all.Beware that road is San Francisco is “very noisy”, do not stay at the hotel too close to the road.

BLOT:Beware if you are choosing this hotel. Take a report of all the furniture and fittings and report them immediately.Even if you are tired and have a very busy schedule!At least that’s what you are expected by the manager.We have checked in this hotel on 17th March 2024 and checked out on 18th March 2024. We took a room with 2 Queen beds (Room# 111).I was given a bed with faulty legs. The bed will shake when one tries to hop on from an edge. I did not report this, as I was restless in my trip and adjusted on the bed, as I was crashing for a single night. I checked out on the next morning.I was charged the entire security deposit of $150 for the faulty bed. Upon follow up, the manager pointed out that I should check all the furniture and report immediately. Well, I’m tired and just crashing for a day!And more over, the manager said that the bed was in a good condition while we are checking in, which isn’t the case.

?Very well located, lots of buses nearby and a 10-15 minute walk from the waterfront. The mattress is very comfortable, there are plenty of towels, the rooms are large and the bathroom is renovated. They agree to hold your luggage if you have a flight later than your check-out.?The staff is not very pleasant, there is no mini fridge in the room and the room is not cleaned every day, you have to ask for it the day before 10 p.m. and you cannot ask for it 2 days in a row… In addition, when they come to clean your room they do not refill the soap or the toilet paper, we had to go and ask for toilet paper at reception each time… frankly not practical. We hear a lot of noise from the street, there are always homeless people screaming during the night. The curtains don't block much light, making it difficult to sleep after 8 a.m. The heating is really old and doesn't work well… it gets cold sometimes

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had in my life. The place was dirty, there was men hair in my “fresh” towels and the ceiling is dripping a yellow substance (fat?). I went to use the TV remote and it was so dirty, I had to clean with a washcloth (see photos).We tried to talk with the manager and had to wait for over 12 hours to get ahold of him and when we finally had the chance to talk with him, he was the most disrespectful person ever, he not only insulted my English but also threatened me to spend the night in jail if I didn't leave the front desk - JAIL????He went ahead and charged me a $10 fee for damaging property because of the towel I used to clean the remote.I felt disrespect and threatened. Please do yourself a favor and don't ever stay here.Rooms: Disgusting.

Good ubication. You can get everywhere by bus.Rooms and bathrooms in perfect condition. Super comfortable bed and pillows. 100% recommendable.I haven't come by car but it has parking.
