This is the worst company I’ve ever seen! They don’t have info about your car, taking super long time to respond and give you any info. Don’t come to 220 rankin there is no one here to help you. They refusing to release your car on purpose to get more money. They said credit card transaction will take min 25 minutes to process. How this kind of company even exist?

For Property Owners and Managers.We have had a vehicle that kept entering our garage so I called courtesy tow to get it removed. I was told they will be here in 20 minutes and they were. The vehicle managed to leave just in time and the driver had no issues with the wasted time and promised we would get them next time. Thank you so much we will call again.

Had my car tired and when I called all I kept getting was then hanging up on me and told that they would be calling me back and never have... Worst customer service and lazy drivers!!! Don't realize that they are playing with people's lives!!!Service: Car towing

WILL NOT WEAR MASK. BEWARE!!! I would give less than 1 star if I could. Needed a tow through AAA. First driver didn't have the right tow for us, fine. Husband asked him to wear one and he refused and left us. We called AAA back and they sent out the appropriate bed. 2nd guy shows up (pictured here). Husband asks if driver can wear a mask. He says no. Husband then asks if he can drive his car on the flatbed as he doesn't want the driver to be inside his car without a mask. THE MAN REFUSES, UNHOOKS OUR CAR AND LEAVES US STRANDED. We have video and pictures of the whole interaction. They do NOT care about their customer's well-being or safety during Covid-19. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Service: Car towing

David was a very cool guy, he was there in minutes of my call, he was friendly, knowledgeable, got my car right up on the truck and delivered to the mechanic in no time. Sure better than waiting for State Farm to never show up.

My car stalled on the road and contacted AAA they came in quickly and good customer service by driver's Freddy and Rogelio. Slight issue was when I called their number and it was having a technical issues and I couldn't connect.
