Ordered my tile. Took the sales rep a week to put the order through. Tile arrives poorly packed with not one piece intact. They put another order through. Second batch is so flawed my skilled, licensed contractor tells me " I cannot in good conscience install this for you. Though it is rustic, it is poorly made and will look awful." A second contractor concurs. Now I'm mad and need to finish my kitchen, so I figure I'll just eat the cost of the tile and move on. But I call the manager just to politely let him know what my experience was. He offers to refund the cost if I return the tiles. I did. No refund. Nothing. Bear in mind, this is tile that is nearly $30 a square foot. What an aggravating waste of time. If manager responds, he'll say the nature of this tile is rustic and uneven perhaps I didn't understand that. To that I'd say the rest of my kitchen is rustic, with zelige tiles and I trust my contractors more than a tile shop that sends me two flawed batches.

We came here after reading the positive reviews! I was almost bummed because we had visited a few tile stores in SF and were ignored (or staff was rude). I called this store up first and they were so friendly and helpful! We came into the showroom to look at the tiles after and placed the order. The staff here is super nice and listened to what we needed. They gave helpful design advice! The showroom is beautiful and has a huge selection of tiles, big and small, so many choices and styles!!

We placed a few tile orders for our kitchen recently and really like working with country floors and Jeanne, she is terrific. We knew exactly what we wanted in one area as I saw their faience tile in one of the kitchen magazines and just feel in love with it but in another area of the kitchen we needed help and Jeanne came up with some terrific suggestions, that we used. We still need to remodel a bathroom and we will definitely go back to country floors they have an amazing selection and the prices are very good, our kitchen backslash cost less than I had expected. Their online site is pretty good too for getting a picture of what they have but there is a lot more on display in the store.

I went to Country Floors to match up some tile to my very old kitchen. They were the only place I could find that was able to customize color tile. However I was able to purchase right on the spot some tile that came close enough to the original. Very friendly and helpful staff and reasonable prices. They also have a wonderful selection of just absolutely gorgeous tile of all types and styles in their showroom.

This tile store has a great selection. I worked with Jeannie who is wonderful. The store has reasonably priced, as well as, expensive tile. Jeannie does her best to find tiles that work within your budget and also look great for your project. She designed a fireplace surround for me and it was very elegant and understated which is what I had asked for. Jeannie has a great eye and is a pleasure to work with.
