Very poor customer service. Employee at the register was rude and had a major attitude for no reason. Simple questions like "can I make a return" should not be met with so much exasperation.

We stopped by briefly so my daughter could pick up a solid black t-shirt. Sometimes stores focus too much on "graphic print" tees, so it is nice to be able to find plain solid tees in stores. She's picky about the length of her tops. Cotton On had tees that were just the right length she was looking for.

This is about Cotton On Kids in the same mall. The store is very nice and salespeople were great. My issue is that I bought a $29.99 Star Wars shirt, this was a bit of a splurge for a simple kids tee but it was a neat design and we decided to go for it anyway. Well, just days later I checked their website to browse other potential items and sure enough I saw that shirt marked as full price at $10, plus it was on sale for $7. This discrepancy does not sit right with me. I understand retail locations have higher overhead but generally companies recalibrate the prices systemwide to compensate for that. Instead, I feel kind of ripped off and annoyed about it. I did write to customer service so we'll see how that goes. Not the end of the world at that price range of course, but beware of this major discrepancy (75% difference)!

Didn't honor a piece of clothing that was marked $10 on a clothing rack that was advertised as $15. Scanned at the register as $15, but clearly all the same garments on the rack were tagged $10. Take your business elsewhere.

Watch out for this company. It may be a scan. I don't think they deserve one star. This company is horrible! I ordered something then realized the sizing was in cm so I cancelled it on 4/22. They told me it would be refunded to my card in 1-5 business days. Today is May 22nd and I am still dealing with this nightmare company. The chat crashes, each person acts like they are doing something but when pressed they are just giving me lip service. They say that they wll email me, then they never do. They are the worst customer expereience I have ever had. They still have my $136. I have had to call and chat with them 15 times and each time I try to start over again. It really feels like they either don't care or are very inept. I am so frustrated. I usually don't give bad reviews to companies but they keep blowing me off. When you purchase something with a credit card, then cancel it within 30 minutes typically they can refund it to the card. Now the company wants my bank account to refund it. I gave it to them and still no refund. Do not use this company. It's just the worst I have ever experienced.

I went shopping here and the worker took the things i was holding out of my hand with no explanation and told me she’d put it at the front.. felt very uncessarily aggrexive and extreemly prejudice. wouldnt go back here

not a good customer experience. employees confronted me about pants with its tag still on in my bag (at the top) and accused me of stealing. when i explained i wanted to try the top on before getting the bottoms they kicked my friend and i out right as she was about to pay for her pants. when i asked them if they wanted to look through my bag because the staff thought they saw me take three tops i found that my stuff was messed up, like the had already looked through without my permission. overall the staff is rude and jumps to conclusion.

Although this location is kind of small, I really love the choice of inventory they have! The clothes are really cute, decent but not the BEST quality you would hope for. The prices are decent especially you save big time where there is a sale!! They are very clean and organized here. I LOVE the Graphic Tee section despite the quality at times... I'm a s***** for Graphic Tees so I'm willing to look and try it out. The staff here are pretty nice and welcoming. I did an exchange and the process was very smooth. I had to use the fitting room twice and the guy was very nice about it instead of getting irritated. In all honesty, some of the clothes here CAN be a bit low in quality despite how cute they look. Some long sleeves are very tight despite the sizing. For example I'm usually a Medium but I had to get a large due to how tight the long sleeve was. The mom jeans are very poppin and cute...but some of them have really weird thin baggy quality.... All in all...this would have to be one of my favorite stores at Stonestown that is worth looking at.
