They are very knowledgeable about computers and quickly fixed our issue after parts arrived. Everything is fixed in-store so it gets done ASAP. Other computer repair stores we've gone to said they would have to ship the computer to another place for repairs, so the process is greatly expedited at Cosmic Computers.

10/10 service there. went here two times to get my laptop fixed. first one he got it done in a timely manner and second one was a minor problem and didnt have to worry about paying for it. reasonable prices and would recommend it to others!! worth a hour commute

The best of the best I ever had when having upgrades done on my laptop which is a couple of years old. Dave is the epitome of a great person I ever had perform upgrades on my laptop. My guy really took care of me. Got my new to me Apple MacBook Pro all updated with the most current os. He gave me lots of tips and tricks on how to use my laptop more efficiently. The price was very fair.

Brought a laptop that had no power. Was told the problem was with the cable only. Came to pick it up, was told that it was not ready for the pick up. Refused to tell me what time I could pick it up. Eventually I got my laptop back, tried to reinstall windows from USB drive, but it says that there was not enough space on the hard drive.I did this operation a few times before, and never got such problem!
