More than a month ago Javier helped me w/ a notary. Everything had to be logged / bookkeeping. (Signature / fingerprint etc etc). Unfortunately I had to comeback due to one form being incomplete. So I came in one day & I told the clerk my situation. He told me to take a seat and someone will be coming in momentarily. An older man came in & I told him the situation again. He proceeded to finish the paperwork. "Again"I had to sign / thumbprint "again". Then he charged me a fee! I said why would I pay for a service again when it was incomplete the first time? Then he said, you have to pay! Then the first clerk said, Dad your missing the point!, Javier missed one page. Then older man said, If you want the refund then you can see Javier tomorrow! I was pissed, I didn't want to pay cause what if I don't get the refund? So instead I had to leave that sheet behind and comeback to resolve this. Tomorrow comes, I walk in. Same older man was there. He asks, how can I help you? I said I'm here to see Javier. Then he said he's not here today he'll be in tomorrow. Then I stated, but you said he would be here today!!! Then all the sudden he gives me the paperwork and says don't worry about it. All I can say is, instead of re-charging your paying customers hear them out! I just felt like I was taking advantage of. With the older man running a business like that, I'm not going to worry and I wouldn't come back.

Gerardo Medina was absolutely awful towards me! I literally spent 10 min of my time with him, and I told him politely I didn’t want to file with him after he received some of my information. He then got super defensive and aggressive, raising his voice the whole time and demanded that I pay him. I didn’t sign a contract with him or give him consent to file my taxes and he still made me pay. Bad vibes all around, and I filed a claim against him with my bank. So was the $40 really worth it??
