I have had Conklin Brothers from San Mateo, install multiple carpets and floors for me over the years. During the pandemic, I had them install LVP throughout the entire house. The quarter round piece that goes from the garage into the kitchen has cracked and I reached out on July 3 to see if I could get it repaired or replaced. Someone texted me back right away but I have been unsuccessful in getting anybody to schedule the replacement. I guess it's because the San Mateo store has closed and so nobody cares anymore? Once I realized the San Mateo location had closed I reached out via their website and still nobody has responded to me.

I would differently recommend Conklin Bros. They have been around for years, are very trustworthy and reliable. The staff is easy to work with and It's nice to actually speak to a live secretory, especially now days! My business is bright, trendy and new again.. Thank you!! Conklin SF!
