Those people are amazing! I can't tell them how much we appreciate them! They are so polite and courteous! Rock Stars as far as I'm concerned.

It's perfect for those of us who can't afford a latte or can't afford to go into a coffee house because of our situation and it's running but very friendly and courteous it's nice to feel like a human.Myself Niko and a couple of friends at the house of hope.

Amazing vibe. Kind, upbeat staff who treat guests with respect. In the heart of the Tenderloin offering it’s homeless, poor and isolated neighbors a free cup of coffee M-F, access to a clean bathroom and a relaxing place to decompress and break isolation. Clean, nicely decorated. The nonprofit has has a sober living house and other programs. Consider a donation if you can.

This place, in my opinion, is a chill hangout spot for those who need a safe space where you can catch up with friends or even get some resources. Sometimes the staff is not the best to talk to concerning issues around pets. A member of the community was told not to bring their service animals back because "they stink". Where is the compassion and humility. Respect for everyone should be the upmost importance and consideration for others feelings should be paramount when dealing with low income, disabled and a marginalized community.
