Yep, the others who reported this location closed are right. Their webpage says, 'open', but no. I walked there and found a notice on the door: "This location is temporarily closed. Use Citi.com for any issues." How do I use the webpage if I need access to my safety deposit box? There was someone inside walking around - no, not doing housekeeping. Come on, you have to do better than that. My other complaint is that I received a call from a personal banker at that location last week asking me to return the call and gave me the number. It goes to an automated answer that says use an alternate method to contact this banker. What alternate method? None was given to me. No text # or email. Terrible service.

They closed my account because I deposited a check under my friend's name, my friend and I signed it. They closed the account and froze all my money for more than two months without a reason, or an error occurred in the cheque. Why did the rest of the money freeze and I lost a lot of buying a house because of this reason

Absolutely awful costumer service, I called the fraud department and the employee Sara said she was the manager and was very rude saying that black costumers were not value costumers, I couldn't believe we started arguing over me not giving her my full social security number, I said I didn't trust to give my full number and she said well I can see the copy of your credit card and I don't get why you don't trust me because I'm not black. I said I would complain about her, she transfered me to Arthur another representative from the fraud department and he was even worse than her. I do not recommend this bank. Awful costumer service and fees.

Branch managers completely ghosted me on setting up some important changes for my account, after i’d spent a bunch of time providing them with paperwork. They don’t respond to emails or calls. Bizarre.

I called the Thank You Points number and got cut off two times. When I called back I got a really rude person that I could not understand and the connection was horrible.

I've been with this bank for over 20 years and mostly happy with all aspects of my banking and savings needs. My complaints are simple, not enough access in terms of ATMs and branches in San Francisco. I pass 2 Wells Fargo, a Bank of the West and Chase Bank, all before I get to their branch where their only ATM is located. Second; I bought my mortgage through Citi but now it's held by a subsidiary where I don't feel the personal connection that I did when it was at Citi.

As I write this Citibank is slow-walking its exit from Russia. Other U.S. companies have moved more quickly to get out. No business from me until they have stopped all business in Russia.

Scariest thing happened I got a scam call from this branch number about a fraudulent charge on my Citi account. I almost gave my info away. Please look out and be aware of it! I tried to call this branch to alert them this is happening but couldn’t get through to talk to someone.

The management just plain sucks. I was try them out before moving all my money to citi but the failed in customer service. I just closed my account and will remain with Wells Fargo
