I would like to express my utmost appreciation and respect for Naila's cordial service. The other staff at this branch were also supremely friendly and dedicated. No exaggeration, it was the best service I have received from Citibank. Naila promptly helped me and resolved an issue that I was unable to even obtain a clue to solve after numerous attempts with Citibank's telephone customer service. If you have a problem, I would confidently recommend you to contact Naila and this branch.

Having a really great experience to open a new account here! Since English is not my mother tough, the staff was so patient and helped me go through all the details and explained everything to me. I am grateful to be there and have such a warm experience, especially under the freezing weather in SFO.
Great service. The bank staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.
Don’t worry that bank staff only speak English. After all, only good service and patient staff can help you solve many possible problems.

My experiences here at this 245 market st branch have always been positive! The bankers and the manager here really seem to genuinely love their jobs; they're friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in their respective roles. Even when or if for whatever reason they've been unable to help (and that's been on a very rare occasion), they've done so with such grace and poise - and will still yet attempt to point you in the right direction. My hat is off to Naila, a kind and patient personal banker. She actually sat and listened attentively to my personal banking needs and gave me clear and sound advice about 2 weeks ago. Today (11/30/2022)I inquired her about opening a CD account with my fiancé and she made the merging of our account seems so simple yet offered me very competitive interest, will definitely come here and recommend too,couldn't say enough positive things about her! You better know your worth...thanks Naila!

Made an appointment to see a banker a week in advanced, showed up, no banker available whatsoever, no calls, no notifications. I guess banking isn't competitive in sf to care.
