Absolutely the worst bank ever! Won’t approve my credit card with ANY address that is on my credit report. I have zero debt and top credit! Just wanted the card for bonus flier miles. Barclay’s gave me the card, so F-you Citi !

Be aware of Citi- performed scams such as with USO/UWT funds - when they just decide "accelerate" it and investors are left with pennies on dollars of their investments. Citi is notorious for such schemes

Came here to deposit my money after closing my San Francisco Credit Union account across the street. This is not my 1st Citibank in the city, just one of the only Citibank that had no coffee. The only locations where they don't are in the Avenues because staff are the only ones drinking it. Then there is the issue of staffing, a group just chatting among themselves instead of helping customers. Why am I waiting in line for you to chat with your coworkers?

Worst Bank Ever! Worse than B of A!.. Expensive with horrible customer service. They wont have your back with fraudulent activity.. but they'll charge you for an insufficient funds fee.

There are limited amount of transactions you can do here. I was trying to wire transfer and then downgrade account. They simply do not have the ability to do that.

Really bad customer service from start to finish and complete waste of my time and money. Be careful about their promotional products offerings as I met all of their requirements, criteria, did everything they asked for, and even provided them with concrete evidence and chains of emails with proof and nonetheless, they do not honor their own words and promotional offers. Practically a scam, just to take in your deposits.

I left another nearby branch in total frustration, trying to move an IRA CD to another bank. Although I had a long wait at the California Street branch, I was glad I stayed. The teller tried to call other branches for me, to see if the wait was less. He made sure his manager, Darlene Neel, knew I was waiting and making my second attempt. She is a gem: helpful, patient, professional, and personable. Thank you, MS. Neel! Citibank doesn't deserve you.

Wow. Why am I not surprised to see that this branch only has 2 stars. Actually, I am surprised that it has more than 1. Came around 2:30PM here on a Friday and was "helped" by the old lady Mrs. Ronquillo. What a nice old lady to the customer before me closing the transaction with a "have a great day". So I approached her with a smiling "hello". I wanted to think she just didn't hear me so she didn't respond. It was the most awkward 3minutes or however long she "helped" me. I'm sure she's not mute, but just decided it was better to not interact with the customer. I made a large deposit and asked her when it will clear the bank. This lady couldn't be bother much longer so she responded with a "it says right there" irritably. I paused, hoping she will correct her tone. Then she said again "it's says there on the deposit slip". Does it hurt to have an answer to my question? Thank goodness I kept myself from saying anything meaner than "how rude!". I hope you learn to provide better customer service.

By far the worst customer service. I am not a fan of Citibank in general but these guys take it to another level when it comes to not getting anything done or having an answer for the customer.
