I'm not sure why the low ratings here. I have been banking at this branch for over 20 years, and everyone here has been super helpful and are very friendly. More than what I can say about other branches.

Took 20 minutes of face-to-face time to withdraw the money from the account (not the first time, so I timed). Cashier rudely reacted on me not providing my temporary SF address.

If you want to remove a name from a joint account, it's up to the bank manager. It's not up to the people whose names are on the account. If the bank manager denies it for whatever reason, the only option you have is to close the account. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible customer service. Citicard will not support your claim for identity or credit card theft. $1000's in fraudulent charges THEY approved. Diners Card has no incremental advantage or benefits over any card. And leave you stranded with fraudulent charges.

I very poor service, they really cannot help you with anything other then deposit/withdrawals. Moreover, when I made my first deposit, no one told me that my money will be on hold for 10 day as a new account. I understand the policy, but why no one told me? The banker was not helpful either - I was trying to get the promotion deal and he could not clearly explain anything. I will not go ever to this branch. I hope other citi offices have better services.

Citibank staffs are not willing to help. I have a chase bank account, bank of the west bank account, and Citi credit card. So far, Citi bank are the worse one that I have ever had. Long story short, I came in because I am having difficulty with the app. I have been using it fine, and all a sudden, the app popped up a message that wants me to connect an external bank account in order to let me keep using it. When I first came in, a lady asked me the problem that I have, then she spoke to a guy and asked him to call the technical for me. After that lady left, the guy told me to call it myself. He said he cannot help me. I feel like they treat me like a ball that keeps kicking me around. No one is willing to help. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!

Got kicked out from two Citibank from Chinatown branch for staff doesn't know how to processing wire transfer. Walk by mongemery citibank and got helped and wellcome by personal banker shabab yari, I really appreciated his helped. Way better than Chinatown women ask me go online work by myself.

What horrible customer service ! Unreal - I was going to open an account there - and completed an application on line - then changed my mind - never funded it - never signed a thing - never returned their opening package A few weeks later - I got a bill /statement from them for $ 25 service charge for not having enough money in my account - I called and told them I never finished opening this account - I was informed they couldnt close the account because it had a negative balance ! (really) the next week they added $9 for insufficient funds-- and the following week - another $25 and I was informed my account would be closed (thank heavens) and I owe them $59 and they MAY ding my credit so - watch out with these guys - Mafia tactics - I never had any problem with Wells of Bof A

Really bad customer service from start to finish and complete waste of my time and money. Be careful about their promotional products offerings as I met all of their requirements, criteria, did everything they asked for, and even provided them with concrete evidence and chains of emails with proof and nonetheless, they do not honor their own words and promotional offers. Practically a scam, just to take in your deposits.

Never thought I'd see the day when I gave a positive review to a big bank. I have a Costco/Citibank-aligned credit card. Maybe Citibank's customer service is so good because Costco is a huge client; and, quite frankly, Costco's customer service is beyond reproach. I don't know, but I've had to contact Citibank's customer service reps more than a few times at this point and more than once it's been because of my own carelessness (left my card places). Irrespective of who's at fault, their customer service reps have been over-the-top accommodating without making me feel like an irresponsible idiot. Thank you Citibank.
