I bought a LG fridge from Costco and I got an extended warranty through Citi. I was really happy because I got a 4 year warranty. 3 1/2 years later my fridge stopped working, I called Costco and they told me that I had to call Citi and it's been a nightmare. I had to find the company to fix my fridge because they don't do it. I have to look for the cheapest because they won't pay if it's too expensive. They asked me for an itemized bill and they weren't happy with the one they gave me. I had to call a lot of people for almost 2 weeks and one day I was on the phone for more than 3 hours. I had to wait for a third party to get approved. I didn't get all my money back. I don't recommend anything from them. They are rich and still want more money. Shame on you Citi Bank

They told me they will reverse my fees but never did so. Now they just refused to talk to me anymore. I think Citibank is the biggest scam ever.

I've been a customer of Citi bank for years. My experience at this location (99 Post St.) was horrible. When I walked in no one greeted me for at least 5 minutes. Then when Catherine L. finally greeted me, she was extremely rude. So rude that I did not want to continue my business transaction. I left, and went to another location.

Do not go here!!! There's a bunch of Karen working there . I went to take my mom who is 86 years old . She only had her copy of Drivers License. I had to calm my mom down because she's excited. I was appalled what happened next! The 4 Asian ladies called the cops on me for Elder Abuse!!! They knew that was my mom. They didn't care. They lied to us saying let me help you while the cops came . One of the manager took my $20,000. When we left they knew it was my mom and I said I will be back. They said ok we will see you then. When I was leaving with my mom who can barely walk. One of the lady said I need to see your ID!!! I was so pissed that she stole my money! Then had the audacity to demand id! The cops came up and said the bank called them! We cleared it up with the cops. They even called CCSF put in a claim of elder abuse! These 3 unprofessional ladies need to get fired or take an extensive seminar on Elder Abuse. I will never go to this bank. My mom is pulling all of her money out. With the economy right now I see why people pull out of the bank . You get treated like a criminal when you take your money out, but very welcome deposits into their weath! There's something wrong with that picture. They put me through so much . This place is full of Karen. Such a shame !

I’ve been a loyal customer for 15 years and when I left the country I was charged exorbitant foreign transaction fees, when I called to remedy the situation they didn’t care & didn’t waive the fee. If it wasn’t a 2% Cashback card and I was not international I would cancel the card instantly and they would lose a customer. I hate dealing with companies that don’t care about you at all over a small fee. Please think twice about doing business with Citibank.Thumbs Down ?

I was there in person and I had 2 ladies helping me and still I haven't received my card. My car was broken into and went into the branch to get things done! The lady who helped did not know what she was doing and asked her boss for help. I still have no card! Yet a week before arrival of no card she still called to ask how she did and offer a savings account. Come to find out the employee has sent the card to wrong address and I have to wait for new card again. I was across the counter and in person and still she couldn't do it right. Can't believe I am a customer!

Do not open an account with Citibank and expect them to actually follow through on their new account bonuses. I opened a new account waited the months required to get the bonus money and it was never received. I called Citi put in a resolution ticket and was told they would send an email once the resolution was closed with the decision. I waited the 20 business days, nothing heard. I called them back and was told it was denied due to not having money deposited within the time frame. I had the customer service rep walk through the timeline Citi had on my account. Citi considered my account 'open' the minute i clicked 'request account' online even though at that point i had no account number or confirmation of an account. I have several emails over the next three weeks of them asking for data and the first paragraph in each of those emails was "Thank you for applying for a Citibank account. TO open your account, we need a bit more information." That tells me I don't have an account to deposit money in, I received that email 19 Aug 2019. On 11 Sep 19, I received a "welcome to your Citibank account" email. The minimum required funds were deposited by 23 Sep 19. That is 12 days from account access to funds, the promotion said it had to be done within 30 days. Citi claims my account was opened on 3 Aug 19 when I submitted an online application for an account. I walked through this timeline with the customer service Team Lead when submitting a second dispute for the account bonus (side note; that single rep was very nice and took time to write out the timeline), waited the 20 business day and same result denied (i had to call them again to find out it was denied). Bottom line Citi isn't a trustworthy company.

Well this entity should revise it's name to "shitty bank"! They are still holding my paycheck since the deposit which was made on June 30th. I called numerous times and I have been given many versions of their so called regulations. So what regulation updates on daily basis? I so regret that I opened an account with them!
