They’ve been understaffed for so long that the last three times I’ve walked in to make our business deposit the (one) teller is either on lunch or a break. They staff and tellers are friendly but this is an infuriating situation for local businesses that just want basic bank services! Wells Fargo two blocks away never has fewer than 3 tellers. DO BETTER

Citi makes it extremely difficult, time-consuming, burdensome, and very expensive to withdraw money from deceased people's accounts. Don't die with money in a Citi account.

At 12.15 pm on a Tuesday they tell clients to wait 25 minutes cause their teller is having a lunch break and they tell you to go to a different branch.. unacceptable

Completely useless branch for most everything other than big items and clients. If you need help with small things, like understanding fees and perhaps waiving them, even if they are in the hundreds of dollars, simply dial the call center in the Philippines-- be nice-- and they'll take much better care of you. Such nice people on the phone. Good luck navigating and remember, patience is a virtue.

Every person at this location including the manager are completely incompetent. My daughter needs a special account to be able to get approved for her social security payments because she is permanently disabled. These idiots can't read the requirement letter that clearly states this and they say they need the approval letter which doesn't exist until the account is created to be able to open the account. Take your business elsewhere.

This was the most unprofessional and disrespectful bank that I have ever worked with. I have a combination of checking,savings, and credit accounts at Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Chase. Based on the rules and regulations of the Department of Treasury, citizens of certain countries, including Iran, must provide legal visa status in the United States. This can be copy of your F1, J1, H1B visa, or copy of your green card. The branch manager did not know the basics of these regulations. She was obviously either racist or incompetent. Either way she should not have become the branch manager. Never visit this branch and try to avoid Citi as much as possible. You hear bad stories about BoA, well Citi is far worse than BoA.

My go-to citibank in the area. Firstly, there's parking! A San Francisco luxury. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable including the representative and managers. Opened my CD account here and the staff who handled is was patient and attentive in handling my questions all the way to opening the account. If you only have a day to handle your bank affairs, this is the branch for you.

Once again on what planet does citybank still have any customers ?!?! They send you to a branch miles away to cash a customers check written for services already provide to one of their clients 00000 stars for this worthless establishment . It's No wonder their branches are completely empty!

Tried to deposit $400 the atm took only $100 n wouldn't give me the rest of the money. Said I have to call customer service due to "quality issues" smh now I'm short $300 and THEIR CLOSED! U guys need to fix that asap! Do not come to this location or at least to the ATM if you're trying to deposit money cuz it will take ur money n not give it back
