I have been with Citibank for about 15 years this is the worst experience I have ever had at this branch I will not be coming back here under no circumstances very disorganized just a mess. The employees are very VERY RUDE TO THE CUSTOMERS AND THEIR OWN CO WORKERS The worst experience I have ever had please don't come here

Came in to exchange my $20 bill for $5 bill or any combo for change. Teller said I MUST use my debit card to do so. RIDICULOUS! And I can't believe I have my mortgage with them and 3 decades of savings with them!

FYI: they only offer services to card holders. I walked in to see if they would allow for quarter exchange for dollars. It's card holders only. Would have appreciated knowing upfront instead of waiting in line

Citi Bank takes the academy award( or equivalent in their industry) for customer absolutely awful service, weekends for being most inconsistent, incompetent and rude but who a few of the 7-8 individuals in including " supervisor "I spoke to completely make their own rules as they go along if they don't have the answer. It's obvious, as they can never keep track of their falsifications and they sound more cheaply common every time they attempt to retract. . Not a good look, for citi , and respectively not for these individuals parents , friends and family. they must be your weakest link!? if a good work ethic makes up 35 % of a 100% of an individuals integrity and decent character reading, they had collectively all failed! Everyone I spoke with was no help, whatsoever. I feel sorry for the people that come after me that will undoubtedly be treated the same. I am on my way out the door to a Citibank branch to close my 2 accounts. You know, our society is changing rapidly. With the fiat currently in out of control and crypto currency and all of the future digital currencies likely to become mainstream, not today or tmro, but it will be hear in a flash, then where will all of your indus go? No one will use the antiquated lopsided bank institutions any longer then what will be left, a bunch of empty windows and empty safes and a lot of people whom are as empty in integrity and a good work ethic as those empty safes and money drawers! This company should be very concerned. I kid you not, this past Saturdays experience with multiple agents was collectively the worst experience I have ever had! I've been on wart 50 years, that's sad.

The most helpful branch we visited in the city. All the staff was super helpful and made an account opening process really straightforward, with excellent customer attention from the first moment.I'll keep using this branch for my account management and any other Citibank products I may use in the future. I recommend this branch!

Citi Bank is the worst bank in history. Customer service is appalling. Spent most of my time talking to their call centre who is located in the Philippines who cannot understand basic questions. I would recommend to bank with another bank unless you want to experience the worst service that is humanly possible!
