The staff at the old location across from Wells Fargo was great. This new shiny built Citibank is lipstick on a poor service pig.Like everyone says the Asian girl teller in the photos is nasty and rude. She doesn't look at customers straight in the eye and thinks she's the bank's executive management.Citibank is the worst ran major bank. They can't hire competent staff so they are at the mercy of the rude entitled fake n bake Asian teller girls.

The staff here simply don't give a crap about their customers. I have been to a few Citi bank around this area and n by far this is the worst. The skinny asian girl is by far the worst i seen here. She fakes a dam smile and as soon as she turns her back she will talk s*** about you behind your back. I would never recommend this place to anyone, unless they want to be treated like some insignificant piece of crap

In this day and age, Citibank in Stonestown is as good as it's ever going to get. Unless your a billionaire and go to one of those private club banks, than I guess in that case service will be better. For regular people Citibank in Stonestown is a great bank, located in a very peaceful part of Stonestown, right next to my Petfood store, Petfood Express. Which is also 5 star. The People who work at Citibank Stonestown are very nice. Sure I am sure you might encounter an employee having a bad day, yet it is not like all of us are getting paid sky high salaries. You really cannot expect people to always be in a great mood, especially when you consider working in a bank is not exactly the highest pay. Overall Citibank in Stonestown is Five Star because the people do a great job for what they are paid. I would argue that people who work in the tech industry, and make lots of money could be much more friendly when you consider how much money they make each year. Ive been with Citibank in the past, have had a credit card with Citibank for over a decade. The Bank Culture of Calm, quiet, and low key really creates a calmer, and less stressful atmosphere than in other banks such as Bank of America, and Wells Fargo. For me I highly recommend Citibank, Stonestown Branch, San Francisco, California

I was helped by Hanady and she was so sweet and so helpful. She showed me that she really cared about me and my needs and she made me feel welcome. I didn't like the manager, Zeppur, at all. She was very rude and I did not appreciate her attitude. She should not be a manager because she is very unprofessional and disrespectful. My 5 star review is for Hanady ONLY. I will only come back to this branch if Hanady is there.
