Great service. In and out quick! There is someone wiping the areas used by customers with disinfectant! Jimmy who was by the door was quick to ask "What Can I Help You With?" Wow, what great customer service. Maybe easier to deal with me since I speak English?? But all staff appear bilingual!

I am starting a Private Banking Relationship with Citibank. We are moving our net worth to them and working with a Private Banker in Washington DC.To begin we have to open a checking account.Seems simple right? Not at this branch. I called to ask if they are open and was told “we are too busy to be on the phone. Give us your number and I will call you back when I am less busy.”Frankly a terrible start to a Private Banking Relationship. I guarantee I will not use this branch.

FRAUD BE CAREFUL!!! An ATM skimmer was installed on the outside ATM machine, and my card information was stolen. Someone tried to use my card all the way in Brazil about 2 weeks after, good thing my bank caught it. Be careful of this bank!!!

I just moved to the area, and have been here a few times to ask questions and be helped with my banking. Worst customer service I have ever had from a bank, judging from politeness - I've never experienced this from a bank before. Just rude. The bank tellers were also just as confused on questions that I thought anyone at a banking establishment would know. When I called the citibank hotline, they knew right off the bat what to tell me. I don't even bother coming here after two tries even though its right down the street from where I live. 0/5

Dont waste your time at this branch unless you have "simple" banking tasks. Manager on PTO for 2 weeks without anyone to assist with business account management...incredible.

Need services wire to escrow closing my loan. Six staffs and two customers in the branch when i walk in. Teller told me that they are short on staff and CITIBANK CAN'T WORK ON AND NO WIRE SERVICES !!!! that's really ridiculous and SHAME on citibank

Occurred July 3, 2019 at 3:00 pm. Citibank 666 Third street. San Rafael branch. I made a deposit error at their ATM. I went into the bank and told the teller about my error. The teller repeated back the opposite of what I said to him. That simple confusion did not give me confidence. But, I was reassured that my error would be corrected later that day. I was told that the bank reviews the ATM transactions. Nope. The correction was not made until July 12, 2019. Citibank credited me the difference. No telling how long it will take for the additional funds to be withdrawn from the account that issued the check.

They closed the branch in Novato, forcing me to drive to San Rafael. It's in a shady area, so I switched to Chase and totally satisfied!

Really bad customer service from start to finish and complete waste of my time and money. Be careful about their promotional products offerings as I met all of their requirements, criteria, did everything they asked for, and even provided them with concrete evidence and chains of emails with proof and nonetheless, they do not honor their own words and promotional offers. Practically a scam, just to take in your deposits.

This branch has 2 ATMs and the team is friendly and professional. The branch manager does a great job keeping things moving even during their busiest times.
