It’s okay. I stopped going because I was struggling to explain my desires to my stylist and instead of trying to talk it out with me and figure out what I was asking for they just got irritated with me and brushed me off. This seems to be a plague with SF salons especially if you don’t want the trendiest style of the moment (it’s like they get amnesia that there are other styles than a wolf cut or a mob wife bob) and Sorry at the tune of $150++ you can spend 10-15 minutes talking it out with me, seriously so sick of this

The best salon in SF with the best talent. You can't go wrong with this team. Sara Watson has been cutting my hair for more than 10 years and I would never go anywhere else so long as she's around. The entire experience is what you would expect a top-of-the-line salon to offer.

Tinee is an absolute gem of a human being and stylist. She is the only person that’s given me a haircut I’ve loved in my 33 years on this planet. I am Persian with thick textured hair and until I met Tinee 8 years ago, I never had a stylist that knew what to do with it. She is so thoughtful and sweet. She truly understands the art of cutting hair. I don’t even need to ask for what I want, she knows exactly what to do. She is the best!!

Kay did a phenomenal job with my naturally curly thin hair and brought my short bob to life with excellent precision and skill. Not only did she execute the vision perfectly but also she was incredibly kind and professional. The front desk is extremely rude and makes scheduling difficult. I tried to call to make a booking, and the lady raised her voice at me for no reason, it was unnecessary. Please learn how to communicate without raising your voice at customers.

I have been going to Tinee for many years and will never go to anyone else. She never fails to provide the best layered haircuts and curtain bangs. I have gotten my hair colored from multiple different artists elsewhere and majority of them have complimented on how well Tinee has cut my hair - that says a lot! The only downside to all this is the price is pretty high and if you drive, you will have to pay more money for parking. Still, I say it's worth it.

Arvin has cut my hair three times and each time I love it more! He truly listens and discusses the cut he plans to do and makes sure I'm on board throughout. The styling is always lovely and I never feel rushed. The front desk staff is very welcoming as well.
