Christine is the ultimate professional. What impressed me the most about Christine is her communications skills. She kept everyone up to date all matters and took it upon herself to get things done in the most efficient manner. This sale transaction had few more challenges (given the condo was owned by the family trust). That said, Christine managed all the last-minute surprises, the various parties to the transaction, and was able to navigate to the finish line in an efficient, optimal manner. I look forward to working with Christine on future transactions.

Christine is a true professional! It's an understatement to say I'm extremely picky and critical, but Christine worked with me closely for over 6 months to find me my dream home. She was incredibly patient with me, answered all my questions, and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. She responded to all my emails and texts within minutes, she was always on time, and she treated all of my concerns like they were her own. Even after the purchase was completed, Christine continued to find me the help I needed to get settled in and resolve some last minute issues. A wonderful experience from start to finish and would absolutely recommend her to all my family and friends.

Christine is THE best here in the Bay Area of NorCal! So knowledgeable with every aspect of real estate and meticulous every step of the way. We’ve been casually looking here and there for the last 5 years, but haven’t been serious until about 2 years ago. Christine has always been patient and willing to show us homes regardless if we’ve been in contact. She’s incredibly professional and isn’t afraid to be realistic about offers and what’s going on with the market. She’s a native and expert in the community and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sale.

This review is long overdue. We have had the pleasure of working with Christine on both the purchase and sale side of our properties. She is extremely professional, reliable and has a really strong grasp on the idiosyncrasies of the bay area market and its subdivisions. She made what is typically a stressful process into a seamless one, and despite the crazy competition, she helped us navigate all the different minefields to bid competitively in purchasing our dreamhouse.
On the sale side, she helped us strategically sell our home to receive top dollar. She handled everything from staging to working with prospective buyer's agents to ensure our place was getting proper visibility. We cannot recommend Christine enough for your home purchase/selling needs!

San Francisco is a tough market and it would be in your best interest to have Christine in your back pocket. We have used her twice and have always appreciated her no BS approach to home finding and home buying. She is able to walk through a home with you and point out details that you wouldn't know to look for yourself, hold your hand through the pages and pages of contracts- ensuring your limited focus is on the right things, and properly assess the situation for you during the submit an offer phases which might prevent you from overpaying (more so than necessary in the SF market).
