Both Christie Kennett and Guillermo Gutierrez have been wonderful to work with over the years. They provide topnotch customer service. Christie is very warm, approachable and practical. She is so patient when walking you through the insurance process, and answering the questions you do not often think of! Guillermo has been very communicative and calming upon discussing a recent (small!) auto accident. Christie suggests different options to maximize the insurance experience. Short version: lost faith in State Farm after liking two previous agents. Previous SF agent retired and Christie took over.I bought the second Carvana car I looked at, and Drew changed the insurance policy for the first one to the second one. It turned out that the policy remained attached to the first car, and DMV canceled registration of my car since not insured. Drew didn't seem to think much of the issue, saying it was still "with underwriting." Eventually I got insurance with another company (even though Christie said she could fix it) because I didn't want to wait and see again. Christie said that it would take some time to fix the policy to cancel it so my refund would take extra time, which seems to contradict her claim that she could have fixed it promptly w/ DMV. She never canceled the insurance, and I got the next bill 6 months later. More delay with the "underwriting" dept to finally get the money.I had told Christie I was considering coming back after they had my car's broken records out of their system, but when I realized she hadn't canceled it in 4+ months, there was no way I was coming back to her office. Based on reviews here of other State Farm agents, it looks like the company itself may have changed over the years, so I'm going to stay with the competitor going forward.
