Worst bank ever they hold your money even when your check has cleared. Make you wait 7 to 10 days. I was hung up on 9 times.

The ATMs are almost always broken every single time I come through. How is this possible? They're not damaged in a way that is obvious except for the fact that you cannot pull out any money or conduct any meaningful business. The quality of the atm experience has been dwindling over the past few years, and it's getting to the point where I might change financial institutions. Signed "WAITING in a long line in the lobby."

I've had consistently good experiences at the 2112 15th Street branch. Polite and helpful, including the amiable security guard and conversational personal bankers. It's a pleasure to do business there.

Excellent customer service! I went into Chase on a Saturday without an appointment. An associate, Nyetta Stephens, was very helpful and made time in her busy schedule to meet with me. She helped me sort out an account issue and was very friendly and accommodating.

I've been a Chase customer for 10 years. I have 2 Chase credit cards. In July I opened a business checking account to get the $300 sign-up promotion. I opened the account online, everything went fine, until 3 days later when I was not able to log in to neither the business checking account nor the credit card (personal) accounts. They were all locked due to "suspicious activity". I called the 800 number to get it resolved. Customer service worked on it for close to 30 mins but they were not able to resolve it. They told me the only way to fix it is by going to the branch. So I went to a Chase branch and after wasting another 30 minutes there I was informed that the business checking account was already closed and in order to unlock my personal accounts I have to submit a utility bill that shows my address. This has been a very disappointing experience for me. But I moved on. Fast forward 8 months and I opened a PERSONAL checking account on Chase website. It worked fine. Account got opened. 3 days later I got locked out of ALL my Chase accounts again! I called the 800 number and once again I was told I have to go to the branch and provide them two forms of ID. I went to this branch in Duboce Triangle, showed them my ID and asked why my accounts are locked again. They talked to the back office and informed me that there is still a problem from the July business account that was closed by them and I still need to verify that I own a business! So the account they themselves closed back in July was still haunting me! Anyway I provided them my tax forms as requested (had to make a subsequent trip for this). One week later, and despite escalating this directly to the executive team from the CEO's office, my accounts are still locked. I call the branch and they don't answer. I leave voice mails, they don't get back to me. Chase is very incompetent. I am beyond frustrated. How could a bank that I am a customer of still asks me for verification IN PERSON after opening my accounts online and how come it takes them forever to verify it?

After almost 12 years with Chase....I AM DONE. I went to the mission branch and I walk in and they don't have anyone to help? So I went to this branch and the same thing happened. I literally have 7 Chase accounts and my husband has 3. We are completely done with you people. The lady was so rude, too. No wonder you have no good reviews. HIRE PEOPLE I can do their job probably better than them and I do math all day! A manager that doesn't help customers is just a joke. standing there doing nothing making 6 figures but won't help customers.

Emily! Emily! Emily! Emily! Emily! Emily! Emily! You are the most valued asset of the JP Morgan Chase Portfolio! Your professionalism is strength to the brand! Your knowledge is impressive to all! Your energy is special to your branch! Your to the rules management is confirming to your role! Your realness is greatly appreciated by Mees! Your smile and genuine care is what has kept me loyal to a bank who's phone lines would not grant me the feelings of being valued or understood or worthy of having peace of mind. I learned to find these humanely needs by simply walking into your branch. Your amazing. Thank you

I walked into this branch around 1:30 today, having a question about two conflicting offers for new checking accounts that I had received online and through snail mail. What could have been a simple 10-minute question period was thwarted by the lack of banking personnel and the total indifference of the staff, to include the tellers and the private bankers. The greeter was the only one that feigned concern that no one was helping me but ultimately he said I needed to make an appointment with a banker in order to be served at all. I gave him my email address, and he said that he would have a banker contact me for the appointment setup. Didn't happen. I've never experienced such a fucking useless staff in all my years in finance.

I love Chase. This company has been so helpful to me in starting a nonprofit. And at this location, Suki in particular is wonderful. Saw this inspiring photo on my visit to the branch today and wanted to take a picture because it captures how I'm feeling right now. :-) Thank you to Chase and Suki for always being reliable, fair, generous, helpful, and friendly!

I went into the bank today at approximately 4:30pm to deposit 6 bonds, 1 check, and obtain a check book. I was told by the representative that it would take about 20-25 minutes which was fine. As instructed by the representative, I filled in back of the bond in front of her with my signature, address, etc. I handed them to her as I completed each one. After I signed all 6 bonds in front of her and she signed 4 of them. I was then told by her I could not deposit the bonds because it has not been 1 year of having the count open. I informed her that it is very strict and these have to be completed in front of the person who will actually deposit them. She then said she would be there and would ensure it happens and there would be no hassle next time. But there is no guarantee she will still be working there or even remember this occurrence since it was not documented on my bank account. I asked to speak to a manger and she told me she was a manager. She said it's a new policy and no exceptions can be made. She should have looked up the policy before I signed them all and she signed 4 of them. She wasn't willing to elevate the situation any further when she was the one who made a mistake that could effect my ability to deposit my bonds at a later date. I requested her business card but she told me she didn't have one. I was surprised a manager at a bank didn't have a business card. On the receipt of transaction of the 1 check I was able deposit, the receipt read as 4/4/2022 at 16:49, Arielle, Session #124, Cashbox #124. She was not able to give me a receipt for the purchase of the check book, so I can only hope I receive my check book in the mail as informed. This was a very frustrating situation and I hope training occurs to prevent this from happening to someone else. And I am still left with bonds that have been signed by myself in front of someone who did not deposit them, and there are 4 signed bonds with her name, but not deposited by her. Yes, this is concerning to me.
