This is a review for meeting with the bank consultant to update accounts. The changes went smoothly and the agent was ready at the time appointment time which I scheduled online.

I used to have an chase account and always used their ATM to deposit/withdraw cash. I had to go up to a teller to deposit money once when the ATM was being fixed and it was average customer service.

Worst customer service ever. I called to see if I could drop in at 4pm (they close at 5pm) and the person on the phone said I couldn't do a walk I. Because they're closing soon and it would take 45 min to open the account. I said it's 4 don't you close at 5pm. I was just a few minutes away. He then said I'll call you back to and was going to check if there was an available banker to assist but he didn't take my phone number and he hung up. Loser. I'll never go to this branch. I walked into the one on Noriega and 19th ave and the were busy but still helped us out. That's great customer service vs the one in stonestown. Maybe stone is what they are.

I have never experienced such frustration and exhaustion dealing with a bank in my entire life until I had the misfortune of dealing with Chase Bank. For a month now, I've been trying tirelessly to withdraw funds from my account through various methods such as Zelle, ACH, ATM, and more, only to be met with a barrage of lies, runaround, and utter incompetence from their staff. Whether I spoke to a foreign or US-based customer representative, the experience was equally inadequate. It's as if they were all reading from the same scripted responses, devoid of any genuine concern or willingness to help resolve the issue. If negative stars were an option, Chase Bank would undoubtedly deserve them. After this ordeal, I vow never to associate myself with this bank again. The sheer lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. If you value your time, sanity, and financial well-being, steer clear of Chase Bank.

I opened an account about a while ago and submitted the required documents, now they are saying they will close my account. Absolutely ridiculous, I definitely do not recommend you to come to this branch.

The person working for the store manager opened an account. I sent the requested documents. Now I am threatened to close my account. It's interesting that they work with this nonsense

The wife and I stopped by Chase to add her to an account and for a notarized signature. If you're visiting for either of these, STOP RIGHT THERE! You don't have to wait in the line for the teller. Someone welcomed us into the branch and assigned us to a banker. We actually got to sit with Wenqin, the private client banker, who was really personable and friendly. For adding someone to an account: Easy peasy, just make sure you bring ID (and the person of course) to add them to the account. Click some buttons and bing bang boom you're done! For getting a notary: A bit trickier. There's one notary that splits time between this location and Alamany. His name is Russ and best to make an appointment with him so you can connect at the right branch. Other than that, I love the location because it's in Stonestown with lots of shopping and eateries nearby. Parking can be a PITA so just be mentally ready.

I would rate 0 stars if I could but seeing as I can't, 1 will do. The teller who was assisting me, Li, was on her phone before, after and during my transaction. She showed no interest in helping myself and other customers and no urgency with anything other than her phone. I understand work is work and no one particularly likes it but she showed a level of disrespect for herself and customers that isn't okay. I will not be coming back to this branch and I wouldn't recommend anyone else come, seeing as not even a manager took the time to ask her to put her phone away.

In the past, our relationship manager was Henry, and our VP was Gino, who provided excellent service even during a slow market. We were invited to the JP Morgan suite in Chase Center to cheer for the Worriers, those happy days were gone. When I visited the bank today to obtain a business card from the new relationship manager, I found that the bank was mostly empty, and the employees were unhelpful. even though there's no guests inside the bank, not a single staff want to ask me what I want just look at me from their chairs. And after they learned what I want, they still sit on their chairs with very cold look like they waste a business card.

Gary Ho is the worst teller/manager I have ever seen. He worked on my stuff and then went away to chat with other people without telling me if I need to wait for him. When I came back, the way he talked to me make me feel humiliated.

Deposited a large sum of money to an account, but teller used a counter machine that appeared to eat/stick to bills and not count amount properly. They went and used another count machine, it was out of my view, so I couldn't verify the amount they reported back to me which was under by a lot. Had to manually count, but I didn't ask if their machines ate my bills or not so it came up short. Ended up leaving and depositing what was tallied, but I came in with a set amount to deposit ended up short because I believe their machines couldn't separate the bills properly. I'm sure the teller now has a load of cash unaccounted for and can easily pocket that now.

Very rude teller. I needed bills for red envelopes. She had taken out a pile of old dirty bills and said this was all she had. Again, she was very abrupt and rude. Then I went to Citibank. Although this teller was the only one there, she chose the bills that were almost new-looking. I usually have good experience at Chase, but not today at Chase, Stonestown. The staff needs training in good etiquette.
