Sherine Ta is such an outstanding supervisor. She has 21 years of experience with 6 exams passed. This branch is very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this Chase Bank for all your banking needs - whether it's retail or private wealth (not sure about their lending though.) Vibe Check 1000000 percent passed on the back of ST.

Chase bank on taraval st. Has provided the worst service I have ever experienced. Chase bank does not practice diversity. They only hire within their race. I have been treated like a criminal and chase bank refused to provide service do to their discrimination behavior. Chase bank also put an elderly lady with medical conditions, unable to walk through immense pain. The branch manager refused to come out of their office to intervene and correct the situation. I was profiled by chase bank as if I was going to rob them. Chase bank discriminates, profiles and mistreats certain clientele and the elderly.

Chase is the world's largest funder of fossil fuels--$269 billion between 2016 and 2019. Do you want to be associated with a bank that funds the destruction of the planet?

They added free WiFi in August 2018. Their pot has tea instead of hot water now. Their free parking garage has about 7 spaces.

Bad! Very long time customer. I've been a solid and loyal customer for many years. I almost always pay my credit card bills in person so I'm in this brach a lot! I went in today just to pay a bill, not take any money out. And, I understand being rigid about identification albeit I always find it strange when I'm giving money to the bank, not taking it away. But that just is what it is. The problem I had to day which will probably cause me to close all of my accounts soon is the lack of personable attention and not giving the benefit of the doubt to a long standing good customer. I have had many, not a few, Many face to face transactions with both of the tellers who apparently couldn't recall ever doing business with me. I had the wrong wallet with me which had an expired CA I.D. card but i had my c.c.bill, cash to pay it, a few other cards with my name on them including my Chase Amazon card. I was refused service so had to make the long walk back home to get my regular wallet with my current driver's lic Just to pay a credit card bill! Like I said, what disturbed me the most was that over the years, i guess I'm invisible to the staff that manages my money. I guess its time to change banks. Take note Chase management. Sincerely, Joseph Alvarado Customer for years.

Parking area is extremely small. Do not enter if you have a long vehicle. Extremely difficult to exit if there are no spaces available.

This place is a very small local branch which doesn't have much people there. I like how they don't have long waits and the customer service is alright. people are pretty much nice here. They are kind of slow paced though, but what can yous ay? almost all branches have those kind of people.

Chase constantly has deals going on. If you're thinking about opening an account, go online to get a code first! You might be able to get $50-150 just for opening an account!
