Let me tell you something. I've had Yelp for over 10 years and have never left a review in my LIFE. But today is the day. I get paid with checks from city bank, however I Bank with Chase. I deposited these checks before at different chase locations with 0 issues. I come into this location and it's already bad. I say that I'd like to deposit this check into my chase account. He said "you have an account here.?"....like....that's what I just said. He's looking at the check with MY name on it and my i.d like I'm a SCAMMER and is just taking forever to examine it. He finally tells me he can't accept this, it won't work. And I need to go sort that out somewhere else. He's side eyeing his coworker in between looking at me like I'm stupid. I told him I've never had a problem depositing these checks before and he still sent me on my way. It gave racism. I already feel like walking into certain spaces as a black woman I have to be overly friendly and presentable just so I'm not profiled and perceived but here I am. Why did I go to ANOTHER chase a few blocks away to try again cause i knew I wasn't crazy and the woman DEPOSITED IT!! I told her about what happened to me and she said it wasn't right. Save yourself from an uncomfortable experience. I beg of you.

This bank always has helpful greeters, tellers, notary public, and associates. Very clean and plenty of room to distance.

I went here today (Saturday, 10/3) at 10:05am. There was no wait and that was surprising since there usually is a wait! I was the only client who arrived or was in this bank at that time, so that was nice since I usually have to wait in line whenever I go here.My bank teller was Kenneth. He was so nice, a great conversationalist, and patient with me. He also answered whatever questions I had concerning the situation I was in and that helped me feel better since I've never transferred money from one bank to another before. I had other errands to run and places to go to that day, so I didn't have much time to stay too long for the other things I want to get done at this bank.I'd recommend this particular bank branch on Saturdays at 10am! I'm so glad this location is open on Saturdays because it's good for the people, like me, who have work on weekdays. I've been with this bank for 8 years now. Sometimes it may have a long wait, but it has always been an easy and positive experience for me. Even when I had a very random/unexpected events happen in the past, the tellers here always made me feel more at ease and solved the problem.

I had to wait for more than an hour and the staff here was telling me that in should have come earlier. I came to the branch because I had an unauthorized transaction which may not even be my fault. After a long wait, the banker was talking to someone else on the phone and his communication was very unclear and slow. Worst experience ever.

I visited here to deposit some cash since my old debit card has expired and asked them if it is possible to have a new debit card issued and mailed internationally (I do not live in the US any longer). It was not a common inquiry but the banker made a few phone calls and helped me get a new debit card. Today, I received it! I thank the banker who listened to me and helped me.
