I've been banking with Chase for over 7 years and I love their customer service everyone has been really helpful and supportive which ever branch you go into too. I always go to Chase on Geary for quarters as well to do my laundry!

Don't bank at this location . Customer service and bankers are horrible and lazy . Tells me to waited for a banker to open a saving acct after cd is mature. Not a single person in line but yet waited for 45 mins . Finally someone in the bank ask me who I am waiting for. I told her closing all my account to bank somewhere else.

Really really bad customer service. Nobody ever picks up the phone to take calls from Chase customers. We closed our accounts and now bank at Citibank just a few blocks away.

This branch is particular is AWFUL. The manager Mr. Woon, is a dullard. Slow, rude, emotionless. Customer service is NOT on his mind or in his heart. Come here if you want the service of an ATM on legs. Interaction with Mr. Woon is enough to make me switch banks. And I am.... good riddance.

The bank teller Monica Chu has HORRIBLE customer service!!! Yesterday she was not able to exchange my checks because of some sort of error. I've exchanged checks for years now and this has NEVER happened to me. I go and ask another teller who was very nice unlike Monica. He proceeds and exchanges all the checks quickly and nicely. I felt like I was discriminated against yesterday. I will be calling corporate to complain about Monica. She needs to be FIRED for horrible customer service and for racial assumptions with our finances. Will never be coming back to this Chase. Avoid this chase!!!!

Dishonest. Not trustworthy. I made special order for new money for a gift and the bank riffled the money packs.

Do not trust this bank! An employee named Jeremy fooled my elderly parents into opening totally unnecessary multiple IRA accounts so he could make commission off their money that they simply wanted to save! The manager is in on this and knew about everything! Disrespectful crooks openly stealing money from old people who don't even understand they're being taken advantage of..!

Do not trust this bank! Employees are crooks! Manager is in on it with them, they keep playing a game called he's on the phone right now, we'll call you back and that never happens.. they took advantage of my elderly parents and made them pay commissions every month! Fooled old people into trusting their IRA accounts without any accountability! I am filing a complain with CFPB!

Yesterday, May 28th, I received a call from an investment advisor from this branch. It is an individual from the branch that I had met before. He told me that, "now that the pandemic is over we were wondering if you'd like to come in and talk face-to-face about investment opportunities." He's a nice guy, but talk about ridiculous timing, yikes! First off, a quick search reveals that this particular branch is still closed. Secondly, we are in the middle of a pandemic. I was wondering why, during the middle this health crises and with record unemployment rates, Chase would think this is an acceptable business practice. As someone who has not been able to work since March it's insulting that they are looking for a monetary gain from me at this time. I've been with Chase for quite a while and their bank has made plenty of money off of me over the years. I am a small business that has been in the neighborhood for the last 10 years. The last thing I would do during a pandemic is ask another business for money. Instead, I would ask how to help them during these trying times. Everyone has been affected financially, some more than others. If there was any time to show one's true colors it would be now. As Chase CEO Jamie Dimon put it on April 6th, "This can be a moment when we all come together and recognize our shared responsibility, acting in a way that reflects the best of all of us."

This review is for the Chase Bank on Geary and 21st in San Francisco the Brokerage Dept. My Dad passed away. He had a Chase Brokerage Account. When he passed that money goes to myself and sister. I met with Billy Rao on August 5th. Up until now I have NOT received the disbursement of the money. How the F**K does it take OVER 7.5 WEEKS to just close my Dads account and open a new one with my sister then distribute the money?!!!!! I understand that it's not Billy's fault but the whole department is like this. This is the slowest lamest Chase Brokerage department ever. This should have taken only a week to do. I don't understand why Chase is trying to keep my money!! It's already hard enough to go there after my Dad passed and now they are even making my life harder than it should be. I'll bet it only takes an hour to open an account! Such B********* DO NOT OPEN A BROKERAGE ACCOUNT WITH CHASE!! IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR KIDS TO GO THROUGH THIS THEN FIND ANOTHER BANK THAT ACTUALLY GIVES GOOD SERVICE.
