Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a bank. Had an appointment at 11:30, waited for almost an hour while both the tellers helped the same person for the entire duration I was waiting. I ended up leaving without being seen because I was going to be late for work. Go to any other branch except this one where they might actually respect your time.

i honestly don’t understand the low reviews. i’ve been coming to this bank for 3 years and never had an issue. i’ve withdrawn money inside, applied for a DBA, and opened a new credit line without a problem. these reviewers just need to have a little bit of patience ?

No clue why this place has such a low rating. I've been coming here for years, it's a very small and clean branch with only a few teller windows (maybe 4?). Usually only 2 teller windows open but it's always quiet in there and I can't recall ever waiting in a line with more than 2 people ahead of me.The bank staff are friendly, welcoming, professional, and patient. If you're looking for a CLEAN, quiet, and quick banking experience then I recommend this branch! They have 2 ATMs outside (possibly more but I don't recall) and are open until 4pm on Saturdays.

Terrible customer service. Big box banking at its worse. As a "Chase Private Client", it has been net to impossible to reach my assigned rep. Emails and phone calls are routinely ignored. The bankers at this location are constantly rotating and are impossible to contact. The branch phone # connects you to the auto-operator and then after numerous prompts says "good-bye" and disconnects. It's time to move from this bank and close all of my accounts, Chase has unfortunately, become one of the worst banks to deal with.

Sure the staff is friendly but they are soooo slow at any task. Either Chase’s computer systems are outdated and difficult to use or they’re under trained or they’re just super slow. Whatever the case is, this is one of the worst locations to go to. I’ve come here every month for almost a year and there’s always a line because the staff are slow. Chase is a major bank. You can afford to update your systems and technology to work better. It takes 30 minutes to send a wire transfer and sometimes 45 minutes. And this is not because I’m waiting for help. This is the time while I am being helped.
