ATM was closed even during supposed open hours (between 8-5 on a Saturday). Had to go to a nearby US Bank and this was my second failed Chase ATM stop. Fix your door card scanners/whatever reason there is to keep these closed during normal hours!!

The vestibule where the ATM is located is closed on evenings and Sundays. Isn't the point of a vestibule so customers can get cash any time of day?
Separately, I set up an appointment here to open an account, but the prior appointment ran over by an hour so they cancelled mine. No one offered to help reschedule.
Go to the branch on Clement instead.

ATM is not useful, can't withdraw more than 500 dollars and when I attempted to withdraw more with a worker I wasn't able to with the form of identification that I opened an account with them with.

I went to 3301 Geary Blvd to open an account, I am really satisfied their work for meso friendly, I make a schedule 2 days ago. they prepare for me and knowing I am coming, especially Devaughn makes me impressive, so professional, and smile all the time. I really late 30 minutes, and he still patiently explained to the next waiting customer. still, explain important account protection knowledge to me and my husband. give Devaughn 5 starts . thank you again

Chase Visa Credit Cards-My wife has had a Chase Visa Credit Card since 1990 and never missed or was late on a single payment. Back in Sep/Oct of 2021 was the victim of a scam and called Chase Visa to let them know about the scam and the card was closed balance paid in full. 14 months later Chase Visa sends us a bill for over $13,000 saying we owe them this money for charges they authorized in our closed account. Trying to get anyone from Chase Visa to actually help has been the most frustrating consumer experience either one of us has ever encountered. My wife has spent countless hours on hold only to be hung up on and when she can get someone they give her the run around only to be told they can't help her. The way the have handled this thus far it is no wonder people don't trust large financial institutions they are the perfect poster child for "bad actor". The card was a Chase Visa mileage plus card and this is how they treat loyal customer...Please Help

The service here is poor. I came in wanting to talk to a banker but I was just standing around for 20 min waiting. No one came up to ask if I needed help. Turns out there were only 2 tellers... they could have put a sign up. I'm confused.

Closed!! Usually a medium to slow bank. It never has more than two tellers working ever.
